_"They're too big to get in"_ _"They're in"_ A pretty cool shooting game - the animals looked bizarre enough to be infected with something. I think it's called Bullet Sponge disease. The best part besides MBH's expert shooting was the bears. They were not only able to navigate coming thru the doorway, but up the stairs. However - while MBH jumped from the second floor to the ground, the bear turned around & daintily went back down the stairs & out the door. He was, after all, not a _bar-bear-ian._ :D

I'm rusty since I don't like most modern FPS games due to them being microtransactioned or casualized messes (I also use 20,000 DPI to make editing easier but it makes controlled shots harder), but in yesteryears pre MLG era in the very early leagues I was Tournament Grade for games like Unreal Tourneys, the first CoD, Battlefield, CS 1.6 and other assorted FPS of the era.

While not exactly scary, I did like getting to see Manly flex more of his shooting skills in this. The face that Kravin voices the main character certainly helped set up some comedy too. The final boss also looked really cool to me.

I played Dead Space 2 in an impossible difficulty. I misinterpreted definition "You have only 3 saves during the game and no autosaves" i thought i must complete whole game in 3 saves. I was so stressed, i completed like 7 chapters in one sitting, nearly died 5 times. Then i saved, menu said "You have 2 saves only" i quit game, return next day and completed almost all left chapters, saved and i was disappointed, saves were reseting every session, so there was no point in it

That moment Manly forgets about the book earlier in the game that said a ring of fire protected the Shawnee youth from the venom. I think the "Good Ending" involves reducing the Uktena's health until the health bar disappears and then hiding in that conveniently placed ring of fire nearby.

That's what I was thinking, too. If you can do it without using the flowers, do you get a "Good" ending or are you plantfood no matter what? I kinda hope so or that they add one because, as fitting as it is, I'm not a fan of the "Everything you did was in vain" endings.

And maybe a VERY well hidden gas mask that helps since the corps with the infinity gun sort of coughs and the guy breaths the stuff in, so probably the flower wasnt the main reason but a small reason? Possibly since it seems to work like airborne infection Edit:well not just the corpse coughing but the literal green mist (spores) inside of the house the corpse was in

I think i remember from some documentary that Native Americans didn't like getting their pictures taken because they thought it would capture their souls... so maybe the pictures captures the souls of the cursed dead??... (maybe im reading too much into it lol)

I also heard from dad when the photographer did photo of indian, the indian went after him to kill him, and in indian believes when guy who took photo of indian was killed by the one who took photo of them prevented the capturing of soul

The "Good Ending" probably involves hiding in the ring of fire nearby after the Uktena's health bar disappears, since the book about the Shawnee youth referenced how he survived the venom by jumping into a ring of fire that the venom couldn't pass through.

I liked the game overall, and good job playing on the hardest difficulty! It would have been cool if you got a special ending or something for doing that. Personally I'm not a fan of killing the main character for doing a good job and succeeding....the lore mentioned the native surviving the poison from the dying snake by hiding in a ring of fire? So it would have been cool if Kravin had that option.

Fun fact the Uktena is a real myth. The idea of the horned serpent "Uktena" is found across most of the south east US, from Florida to Mississippi and Tennessee. I live next to a river bank where one was said to have lived.
