we never MIX it with anything. either lick/eat the powder as it is. or take it in your mouth and wash it down with a shot of vodka (or other equivalent liquor). so yeah. ollie was on the right track there! :D

There are three correct ways to take Ahoj Brause: 1. Childs dip their fingers in it 2. Teens snore it 3. Adults mix it with vodka or tilt a whole bag in their mouth and a shot vodka right after But no matter what the description says... we NEVER mix it with water. That's rebellion german style. Wtf is going on with the like button... thank you all 😅

In my humble, german opinion: Yogurette is super delicious, nobody eats Sauerkraut cold and straight from the can and Center Shocks are the candy from hell!

Same. Love Yogurette. Pure sauerkraut on its own, never heard of that as a german. Its mostly eaten with potatos and pork. My mother makes her own sauerkraut with apples/apple juice/apple sauce with smoked porkchop and mashed potatos. Its a dish out of heaven. The saurkraut not overpowering that way, if you add some sweetness to it (through something like apples).

Ollie gets an A for effort for his cute german pronunciation. He sounded like a lot of my clients. 😂 I loved how he kept mixing casual speech and honorifics 😂 It was like going from 합쇼체 to 반말 from one sentence to another. 😂 Gosh, I just love foreigners trying to speak german. It warms my heart. More people should do it. ❤️😂 (Yes, I have a weak spot for any kind of accent, so that is why I love this so much.)

kmultifan pop-pop I was actually surprised at how much it all made sense, especially considering how long the message was. And also his pronunciation was pretty ok - I mean he was obviously reading some of the letter combinations solely from an English point of view, but otherwise his accent was pretty good. It must’ve taken a lot of time and effort, so it is honestly just very respectable and super sweet that he did that💖

Ähm, das wäre nur back to the roots, meine Mutter erzählt noch heute, wie sie als Kind beim Kaufmann immer ein bisschen Sauerkraut aus dem großen Fass zum naschen bekommen hat und sie sagt, sie hat es geliebt, allerdings ist das heutige wohl intensiver gesäuert und matschiger, als das hausgemachte früher.

I love how Ollie just goes ahead and eats the ahoy brause on its own and goes absolutely crazy and everyone is like “YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO MIX IT WITH WATER” .....like...Ollie did it the right way. As kids we would always challenge each other to put the full back in our mouth. And to be honest I never mixed them with water. At some point I got used to it and easily popped an entire package in my mouth without making a face 😅

Also ich Kratz mit den Zähnen erst die Schokolade runter, dann beiße ich es leicht an um die Haselnuss rauszumachen. Dann esse ich das Karamell mit Füllung und am Schluss die Haselnuss. Ist das besser? 😂

Also: Maybe it's my german taste buds (even though I really don't eat german cuisine that often) but Sauerkraut really doesn't taste sour at all for me...Same goes for Center Shock. That what literally the snack of everyone's elementary school life.

Center Shocks are very popular in primary schools. We always did challenges who could eat the most, or the worst, or had the least reaction to the point, where we weren't bothered by them at all. So it was always funny, when someone ate his first one. Great reaction btw!

I LOVE Knoppers! My brother's ex wife is German, and she would always bring German snacks with her when she would visit us. She brought Knoppers, Toffifee, and assorted Haribo gummies that were only in Germany. Knoppers was obviously my favorite, and I was floored when I saw them being sold at Aldi's grocery stores in Maryland. You best believe I stock up on them.

Er hatte Probleme hauptsächlich mit dem Lesen von Buchstabenkombinationen (wie z.B. “ch”), sonst wurde seine Aussprache gut. Aber es war so nett, dass er das gemacht hat🥰

The ahoy brause you tried that's supposed be put in water - nobody does that 🤣 We always just eat the powder pure, it doesn't taste good in water. Once in elementary school we snorted it but I wouldn't recommend that, ugh the pain😭😂
