Welcome to your 7 Day Yoga Booty Bootcamp! This series is designed to strengthen and tone your glutes, helping you build a strong and resilient body. Each day we'll focus on powerful yoga poses that target your glutes, leaving you feeling strong, energized, and balanced.
Remember, don't forget to breathe through difficult moments! This helps regulate your nervous system and build inner resilience as well as strong glutes.
*Day 1: Chair Pose (Utkatasana)*
Chair Pose is a fantastic way to engage your glutes and thighs. By holding this pose, you build strength and endurance in the lower body while improving balance and stability.
*Day 2: Goddess Squat (Utkata Konasana)*
Goddess Squat deeply targets the glutes and inner thighs, promoting flexibility and strength. This powerful pose also opens the hips and stretches the groin area.
*Day 3: Wide-Legged Forward Fold (Prasarita Padottanasana)*
This pose not only stretches the hamstrings and lower back but also engages the glutes for support. It's a great way to release tension and improve flexibility in the entire lower body.
*Day 4: Toe Squat (Malasana Variation)*
Toe Squat is a challenging variation that activates the glutes and strengthens the ankles and calves. It helps improve balance and mobility in the lower body.
*Day 5: Figure Four (Ardha Utkatasana)*
Figure Four is excellent for targeting the outer glutes and hips. This pose stretches and strengthens the muscles, enhancing flexibility and stability.
*Day 6: Cat Tail (Supta Eka Pada Rajakapotasana Variation)*
Cat Tail combines a figure-four twist with a quad stretch, providing a deep release for the glutes and hips while also stretching the quadriceps and lower back.
*Day 7: Integrate & Flow*
On the final day, we'll combine all these powerful poses into a flowing sequence, integrating the strength and flexibility we've built throughout the week.
