I love how even though they're competing, they're still cheering each other on. It's nice to see an actual friendly competition.

I'm not a gymnast but the way you talk about life and hard work is motivating for any situation. It really makes me want to try my best and do something to make myself proud.

Idk if it's just me but what I love about seeing and doing gymnastics is that even though we are all competing everyone is always so encouraging to each other and that is shown so much in this video

Your videos make me wish I could do gymnastics so much! I started age 4 but I also managed to break my arm really badly aged 4, had surgery but it never healed properly so I guess you could say my gymnastics career was quite short😂😂 absolutely loving your videos though - your positivity and attitude is incredible to see and helps me with motivation so much, best wishes Nile 🙌

I was a gymnast my whole life until a devastating ankle injury my junior year of HS. I was still able to coach though so I found enjoyment in that. I miss it every day!

For the plank hold,me and by best friend had the best planks out of 30 kids.Because of that,my coach made us do our plank for an extra 3 min but he did a handstand on our backs.he let us skip planks the next day as he carried out his "reward " to my fellow teammates

Hi Nile. I used to do gymnastics when i wer 10-14. We did double fulls and so on. The Team and i managed to win quite som tournaments, and i loved it! After some time the gym got shut down and we couldnt go to gymnastics anymore :( I started gaming and really not caring about my diet at all! 3 Months ago i was sick and tired of straight up being obese. I stopped with everything called soda and candy. I started working out beeing really strict with the diet 3Months have past and i have lost over 16 kilograms, i will keep going and i will find a way back to gymnastics! Love the videos man! Keep it real, Keep it up!

Yesterday I did my first ( don't really know how it's called ) ,, Flick flack '' backwards ... maybe I can still reach anything in gymnastics. :) keep going!!! I'm going to order a Train smart keep it real shirt next days :)
