@@vtkz thanks for the comment, actually this room is COMPLETELY treated with custom made reflective and absorptive panels with stretch fabric to provide a clean modern look! 😎
Awesome video, and awesome installation. I used a Harmony remote system in my theater several years back, and it worked well. I then made the switch to Control4, along with a retro-fit installation to the rest of our home, and the improvement was dramatic. It makes using the theater, and living in our home, so much more enjoyable and easier. I highly recommend Control4.
they are 8k samsung qn900's probably qn900b for the models. extremely pricey but a nice picture and feature their infinity bezel design its a sharp lookin tv set
Beautiful house with two issues. Some of tvs mounted too high up on walls and those Glass panels that swing open to expose room to the outside. I imagine in short order of time the house will become filled with insects. Ever try sleeping in a room with a few mosquitos ?
Some of the TV's were purposefully mounted higher to give a better viewing angle no matter where you are in the room. Specifically the primary bedroom, the homeowner did not want to be able to accidentally hit your head on the TV if you were to walk by. They've also installed screens to cover the entire opening for the glass doors. Great points though, as there are always trade off's with doing things a certain way!
for those they recessed the bracket, and electrical into a backbox those tvs use the oneconnect box system from samsung so they require those boxes to live somewhere. If you want a similar mounting you can do an lg gallery series tv which mount flush to the wall without too much fuss just need to have the electrical recess far enough back.
Looks awesome and clean, great big house with a lot of living space. But its horrible for serious high quality listening. Acoustics are horrible but thats for most a unknown, overlooked topic. Even a well plannend Acoustic Ceiling like from ,Knauf, or ,Ecophon, makes such a big difference
I was honestly surprised how little of that house was smart. Lights dim and turn on and off, shades, music, temperature, and doors, welcome to 15 years ago.
The entire home is automated and able to be controlled remotely from anywhere in the world. It has state of the art 4K security, high-end distributed audio, high-end DMF lighting that can be individually controlled down to a single percent of dimming with color temperature adjustments and extremely high CRI ratings. The shades can adjust based on the time of day, whether or not the TV's are on, including sheer shades or blackout shades in channels. And much more. Some of this would have been available 15 years ago but at the level and quality it is in this home, it would have been a dream to have all of this 15 years ago!
what else do u want? ur appliances to be automated? cus wolf appliances integrate with control4 iirc. but otherwise thats 99% of smart home is what u just posted.
@@andriod3000 I didn’t say what they did was wrong, I said missed opportunities. Like PTZ on the cameras, doorbell should have been code and nfc (phone and card nfc). Integrated with an automatic door unlock. Not only CRI lights, but also colored. Boarder color lighting, nothing outside to entertain with, no kitchen, cooking area, nothing in the house appeared to be motion activated except probably security. No presence tracking for efficient heating and cooling….and the list goes on. Like I said missed opportunities.
