Tbh for Mcpe, The trident is overall the best weapon for pvp/pve. The new Impaling update is just a killer against any mob especially Impaling V. Anything that touches water is now under the impaling effect, rain included. Making it stronger than a netherite sword, It's actually insane how they turned a terrible enchant to one of the best
amazing video, but you forgot to mention that tridents have a special ability on bedrock edition. the imapling 5 enchantment does extra damage just like smite to *any* mob touching water, in rain it is like sharpness but way more being able to do over 10 heart without crits
If anyone's asking, 'why Bedrock doesn't have attack cool down?" It's because Bedrock Edition is available on mobile. And Mojang fears it would be an impossible mechanic to exploit, and would only negatively affect the players. However, they have no excuse for not adding sweeping Edge to bedrock yet😢 hopefully in the future Mojang changes their minds.
@@voytec448 that’s not really a good argument to bring up Because you can literally say that for anything For example, not everyone cares about mc, not everyone cares about survival mode.
Hey, if I can add something, there is still a reason to carry an axe in bedrock. They disabled shields, like in Java. It's been a thing for a couple of years now, and some people still don't know about it.
yeah i might say axe becomes essential if your enemy has a shield but other than that in both bedrock and java axe r not good and r instead very situational
Fun mace tech, if you hit something with a sword but on the same tick you hit with the sword you switch to your mace with breach your sword will obtain the 60% armor negation and do crazy damage to a fully armored player 3-5 hearts with strength 2 (Java only I think)
Smite is the only enchantment you should ever run and that's not even subjective. You still kill creepers in the same hits, spiders don't really matter, as they are very weak and you get to one shot every zombie, wither skeleton or normal skeleton. The only problem would be Enderman and Piglins, but when do you ever fight Enderman. aka good video, but wrong about sharpness/smite
smite can be worth to use in caving, zombies (especially baby ones) and skeletons are generally biggest issue there I guess, spiders are easy to deal with and creepers I havent encountered as often, exception may be abandoned mine, with spawners, where you may get much more spiders, also those specific damage enchantments are definitely great for XP farms of specific mobs, so once you get to second sword, having smite sword in zombie/skeleton farm is surely worth infinity vs mending debate I conclude for myself as such, early game is infinity better, on random bow you dont max out, since eventually it breaks, as far I know, repairing items in anvil still gets more and more expensive, making it non-repairable at one point no matter what, also for me never was infinity too worth it, since biggest issue I seen on bows is that you have to carry arrow anyway, no matter if you carry 64 or one (I doubt you can fire arrows from bundles once they are added), also infinity dont work on any special arrow, spectral or tipped, as far I know, and later in game, farming arrows is super easy, even tipped arrows can be farmed in trial chambers now trident I got in trial chamber chests somehow.. I got even two, two same rooms generated in my first chamber and I found two tridents, so I guess they come also from regular chests in chambers and not only vaults, and trident is definitely must-have thing on clearing first and probably also every water temple, also with loyalty, it basically works as infinity bow, but you got to wait for it to return, which can take quite long when you miss badly and also is annoying to keep items not popping in slot you hold trident in when it is returning.. and you practically cant use it from offhand because it dont return to slot you tossed it from which sucks and I wish they made it return to its original slot literally since they added it in game
<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="235">3:55</a> This right here.. I'll be honest, when 1.9 first hit, I absolutely HATED the cooldown system, as I didn't (and still don't) give a single fuck about PVP. I hated 1.9 for it, but as time went on, they kept developing things with cooldowns in mind, even on bedrock edition. So, at this point, I'm thinking what the hell, just add the rest of 1.9 to bedrock already, as some of these features are damned nice for PVE such as the sweep attack, and I'm tired of not having it. Now, idk why Mojang hasn't had this simple idea in the span of EIGHT YEARS, but they haven't so I'm going to lay it out for them, the cooldown shit that was so divisive that it's kept TWO ENTIRE editions of the game from ever implementing it? Make it a TOGGLE in the world generation and option screens on both Java and Bedrock. Not a command, as that'd disable achievements, but a toggle, like the difficulty. It's SHRIMPLE. ✨️ 🦐 🍤
On another note, maybe they can make copper less useless by letting us use it to craft tridents. Since ya know, adding the Copper Golem was too much for them to handle on top of the Allay.
