Frank Parks has the ultimate Mopar Hoard. SIX Tractor Trailers packed full of MOPAR muscle car parts! He's been collecting Mopar cars and parts for many years, and has been in business in Summerville, Georgia since 1994. He has the ultimate Mopar mega hoard, with nearly 100 vehicles on the property and hundreds of thousands of parts, stashed away for safe keeping. This is one of the most awesome collections I've ever seen. EVERY piece is documented and tagged....this is HOLY GRAIL level of hoarding. He has saved dozens of cars from being scrapped, and his insane attention to detail has created one of the biggest private collections of Mopar parts ever. Pretty crazy stuff for any muscle car enthusiast!
Frank does sell items from his collection. If you'd like to reach him, email Frank at moparrestos@gmail.com or give him a call at 706-857-2832. Or you can find Mopar Restos on Facebook here: / mopar-restos-167320263...

@quickdeuce

Preserving them for what? To sit and rust away in his possession? We love that he took them from the crusher BUT what value are they when he's unwilling to let them go to someone who will put them back on the road. Hoarding cars isn't what I would call 'preserving',, SELL THEM to people who will do something with them other than let them sit and rust away, these cars will be sold off at an estate auction one day years from now,, or they'll be drug off to the crusher because they're so far gone there's nothing left to recover.

Frank: it was my dear wife that told me, after I survived a bout with covid, " you better figure out which dumpster you want to be buried in with your collection", " dumpster no.1 or 100". She also said " someone else is going to get rich off your efforts of collecting". There comes a time to either find your clone or cash in. Fantastic to see Franks collection. He is a guru/legend/inspiration/top notch bloke of high calibre who has SH*T SORTED!!!. So unusual. EVERYTHING in stock is labelled/sorted/grouped/accessible and ready to go to someone in need. Man, he has to be THE role model and an example of the highest order. Think of the hours and dedication Frank has put in here. I love the A bodies. Here in NZ thats pretty much all we had. They sold against Ford Falcons and Holdens throughout the 60's/70's. All in association with Australia who supplied us with wagons. Hardtops were rare but many have survived to today. I didnt see too many 63-66 Valiants/Barracudas/Darts?? Perhaps Frank has zero'd in on just mid to late 60's and on? Slanters are good motors. Period. Clocked 55,000 mls in a 70 Wagon with a rebuilt slant 6/man. Sold her on and only 2 valves out of adjustment by 1-2 thou only. Ran Mobil 1 and had a module that took the load off the points. They had no wear. Did a lot of towing. Great memories. Bro has a 63 post with a slant but a 273 on hand for one day. Maybe. Gone down the AMC road but will always luv the Mopar A's. Steve

You fall in love with a car when its "worthless" "uncollectable" "grandma's car"....you name it, no one wants it. You love it because its what it is .....something for you....then suddenly, 30 goes by and every dumb shit that thinks he knows something about cars, dives the price of every bolt through the roof. Suddenly, your hobby becomes to expensive. Guys like frank can survive that because he sells parts, guys like me can get left behind because its not fun anymore, paying an arm and a leg for something that was a big part of my youth. I built and raced Chargers and Coronets....but now I play with old Dodge Trucks because I don't have to empty my bank account for a simple hobby. I still have my 68 RT, my 72 Charger and my 72 Road Runner...... But I let go of my 68 and 70 Chargers to pay for my hobby.....it was never about the money, its about my love of Mopar. I'm 56, been a Mopar guy since 1970 when Grandpa took me to the races at 6 years old in his 1968 Dodge Coronet 383 magnum.

Thank you SO much for this info. My dad and I are restoring a 1967 dodge dart gt. It is getting painted right now. The color is going to be B5 blue. But their are a lot of parts we will still need, even though we have a donor car. I will pass this info on to my dad tomorrow. Thanks again

He definitely has a soft spot for Darts. Hearing him list off the options of each of those cars out back was awesome...definitely a passionate dude.
