ULTIMATE SPRING DAY IN LONDON | Primrose Hill 

Always nice to see Primrose Hill. I lived and grew up very near Primrose Hill from the early 1970s to early 1990s. Have to say it was nicer in the 80s to early 2000s, it’s stall a beautiful area but like most of the surrounding area in Camden it’s a too much of a tourist area now, and lost the beautiful calmness it once had. I use to go to Primrose Hill with school friends (secondary school was approx 5mins away) for lunch break everyday in the 1980s. Great memories of the area, but once again always nice too see.

As a tourist , when I visited London in 2016, I did all the touristy things like BP, Kensington, Tower of London, the London eye, etc. But I would have loved to stay a few days walking the nice neighborhoods like you’re doing in your videos. I love your shopping videos, your food shopping videos, and your challenges. Like what can you buy for 10 pounds, I really love that. I hope you don’t stop. You’re very good, you’re my favorite. I got the notification, just FYI. Loved seeing Primrose Hill and Park again, and the areas you took us before when the streets were bare are now mostly more lively. Funny that one lovely residential area wasn’t clogged with lookie loos, though. It’s was a really fun walk! Hannah, it was really nice to virtually walk with you in St John's Wood & Primrose Hill under a clear azure blue sky, bathed in brilliant sunshine in the full bloom of Spring! As always, you look stunning 😉 Back in the day when I lived near Marylebone Station, I enjoyed walking in Regent's Park up to Primrose Hill, then stroll through St John's Wood and return home past Lord's and along Park Road. A lovely route to walk again soon, hopefully while the weather there is so wonderful. Glad to hear you enjoyed some cake (chocolate 😏??) to celebrate your niece's birthday. How was the sushi 😋? I usually stay in St. John’s Wood at the hotel there and just love to walk around the shops and sit in the church ground. Love the restaurants too.

I've got one of those fish jugs in pink. I got it as a Christmas gift last year.

The curved houses street looks like the homes in Mary Poppins where The Banks family lived. Tulips I have last for over 2 weeks. I buy the buds closed. Cut the stems every 2 days with a sharp knife, not scissors and change water when you cut them. Also adding ice cubes to the water and putting them in a cool room at night. I so want to visit London

I always enjoy your videos but particularly today, looking at spring blooming in London and then looking out my window in Canada, on March 27, and it is SNOWING! Technically, it's spring here too, and we did have spring-like weather for a few days but rather than white blossoms we got white flakes covering the daffodils and crocuses that have already broken thru the soil. This is not normal late March weather - ugh 😬

This is beautiful. If you are looking for value candles Aldi or Morrisons do great candles. Flowers M and S, Aldi or Morrisons. London always looks great during all seasons.

At the sushi place you asked for recommendations. There was a Yuzu drink. SO NOM!!! It tastes like a cross between lemon and mandrin orange. Very refreshing! I've had both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. Both good, but I'm trying not to do alcohol as I tend to be allergic, these days. 😒 It's nice to see spring in London!! I enjoyed that - lots of things that, to be honest, you don't see in the wilds of Co Durham - I so need to get a train down to London to try all that awesome food..... PS - you earned your money - spend it on what you want - flowers rock...but again - not so many good florists so trying to grow my own
