What are the best cards to include inside a tymna and kraum deck? Well in this video we are looking at the % of what the majority play. But also look at the difference between decks that have a higher winrate and lower winrate. What cards dose the winning decks play and what cards dose the losing decks play.

That is the plan. Any commander you want to see?
@UTubeUniverseRajeshRambharose
@cedhtv Yes! I've seen Xyris gameplay on this channel, but I haven't seen anything on Nekusar! I know you're not huge into wheels, but there's been so many great upgrades for Nekusar, like Sheoldred the Apocalypse, Faerie Mastermind, and Orcish Bowmasters that have become in these deck now. It also helps that you're in Grixis colors so that you can Ad Naus for a thoracle or underworld breach win! If you made a dech tech video or something covering Nekusar, it would be my favorite video alongside your Vadrik deck tech video!
@cedhtv
@cedhtv Год назад
Saddly there are no Nekusar decks that have been played at any tournaments. So I can't do a video like this. Or well I can go to moxfield and just look at different nekusar builds. But I think I would get casual decks form that. But I could try and build a nekusar deck myself I guess. With the idea of having him in cEDH.
@UTubeUniverseRajeshRambharose
@cedhtv That would be awesome! I'm probably the only person asking for this, but it would really mean a lot! Who knows, maybe he'll see more play in the future!

Thanks for the information; what deck do you think is the best cedh for tournaments?
@cedhtv
@cedhtv Год назад
The most recent I made was najeela. And she got a 23,33% and rog si got 22,40 %. Hard to say. I think this commander pairI you just watched or najeela. But I actually think sisay could become the strongest commander in the format. But storm is also a good answer to your question. As long as your playing a proactive storm deck more or less your on point.

This is awesome. I love the comparison between decks that did well and didn’t. Another reason some cards like the one ring might be lower percentage is that the card is newer and not in older deck lists (depending on how far back you’re pulling data from)

I would really like to see the statistics of tymna/kraum considering 40% winrate and above (average win rate between 40% and 75%[i think is the higher], for example average winrate 55% and see the cards above and below that average without including bad decks statistics, I hope you can make a video like this in the future, I would be very grateful to you. I have been following you for a long time and I really like your videos, I agree a lot with your analysis and they make a lot of sense to me. Good video. One thing about statistics like this.. the variance is super high with games. You have 99 cards. 3 opponents with 99 cards each. Then your sample size is super low. Mainly you can only really say something like " X people who played this deck and won had Y card in their instead of a different card." You can't draw any inclusions on if that decision helped, hurt, or even mattered. I would be very careful about giving conclusions about them. I think these stats are most useful for showing trends over time of people cutting certain cards and running certain cards across the meta for that deck.
@cedhtv
@cedhtv Год назад
That is way I was trying to look at a lot of decks 66 in this case. But you are correct. For example I had that gilded drake that none of the top 40% winrate decks played. But you can still lose even if you don't have that card in there. I think this more gives players an idea of what cards people consider strong. Not what is going to give them a better winrate. But I think it can give you an idea of what cards could be better then other cards. A tiny bit. But I agree. statistics like this is tricky. hard to say things like this in text.
@DoubleBeast
@DoubleBeast Год назад
@cedhtv The inclusion of Guilded Drake may indicate decks that devote more slots to interaction, and these decks may end up not placing as well as more "all-in" decks. We could be examine and compare the deck lists in greater detail to verify this theory.
@dwrecked9329
@dwrecked9329 Год назад
@@cedhtv Yea, I agree with what you're saying and I am sure you understand what conclusions can be drawn and and whatnot. I just meant from a content creator perspective, I'd want to be careful about wording and how to present the data in general so that other people can see the correct conclusions. You did great here though

@@Ganeshahax It is both copy and past and manully. But I sceptic. There are a few cards you don't have to see. I mean you can't mean all. Or I think even 50 cards would be a lot. Most of them will just be 100% or 89% and you don't learny much from it.

I recently cut ad nauseam from the deck and I think it actually makes the deck better from my perspective. Cutting ad naus allows you to play cards that have a higher mana value in exchange for being higher quality cards. In my opinion intuition acts as the replacement because it’s an instant speed card that sets you up for the win on your turn, that to me has more upside. It’s cheaper to cast meaning it’s easier to hold open mana for, but also it can be used politically to stop someone else’s win attempt while still setting you up quite nicely for yours. Cutting ad naus turns the deck into more of a midrange/control deck which in my experience is more successful and performs better. There’s also a political advantage after the first time someone swings at you because they assume you’re on ad naus to which you can tell them that you don’t play it. It then makes the table assume you’re on a weird build of the deck so often opponents won’t respect the deck as much.
