This is by far one of the best townhomes that I have ever seen. It is so worth the price. The attention to detail is stunning, the master bedroom, shower, and closet, is to die for... This is luxury on a whole new level.. simply amazing

Yes, its worth it and I see many townhomes downtown SanFran by the water going for $5-10 million to start....this home here would fetch $12 mil easily in SanFran

This is why I continue to watch your channel. You pick out the little things that would be potential problems for the home owners. For example,the level of the soap box in the shower could cause mole behind the shower,if it's not installed properly.

Beautiful modern home. Very nice interior and exterior. I am not into townhouses and prefer single family homes but it doesn’t feel like your normal townhouse which is a good thing. I still really like it.

the chain you pointed out is for the rain water drain. instead of pipes they put chains to guide the water.

Instead of having traditional rain gutter this home has a rain chain! That is what the cool chain that you showed at the beginning of the video. They sell them everywhere! I have one!

Change the flooring to wood and this house would be perfection but I would be afraid to touch any of the cabinetry for fear of leaving fingerprints lol. Good on C Man! oh and that art did add a color splash out of this world. Thanks for this one!

Irrigation. Chris, interior designer Chris, did a magnificent job on the interior. She does lean toward the figurative in the art. That second bedroom with the lighting for the art, well to repeat your words, is dope. And, it really is. Lighting is the finishing touch that adds por lagniappe. Like most interior designers, Chris leans to the dramatic. And, this is no exception. It certainly has the gallery feel, and well executed. There's a lot to learn from this vid, that can be applied to anyone wanting the same look. But, the art needs to match in provenance. Quality of materials, outstanding. The builder should get kudos for this development. It is breathtaking.

This is a beautiful home, I mean absolutely beautiful, but when I look at this home, I immediately think "bachelor pad/party house"! In regards to the price of the home, yes you are definitely gonna pay for the view & location.... In my opinion, this wouldn't be the type of home for me to raise a family in but other than that the home is gorgeous! Love your channel Chakits. Keep showing us what Vegas has to offer.....

In the master bedroom I would put a frosted glass wall instead of the curtain for the tub, but otherwise it is a lovely home.

Yes. It's literally called a "rain chain." They are used instead of a gutter downspout. The chains can range from very decorative to simple, and industrial looking, as we have here. Either way, it serves a purpose - though maybe not that often in Vegas :)

Great view. Too bad they wasted the lots with townhomes instead of single family. If you go to Zillow and search Vegas for $900,000 - 950,000, which is less expensive than this, you can find amazing homes with far greater square footage in fantastic neighborhoods. If they had put single family homes there they could have fetched a premium per square foot for the view but I'm not sure how many people are willing to pay $1,000,000 for a shared wall with other people. Thanks for putting up these videos Chakits. I'm happy to see your sub count continue to rise. Good job!

I kinda designed something similar to this in URE4....modern homes are so nice and I also think I will take better care of it than an apartment. If I were rich I would not have a problem purchasing it around 750K or a bit more unfurnished....but since I am cheap I can build it but maybe not to the same quality appeal to the eye and not in that location.....I will be in the mountains on the east cost of America. It looks good and it is what I would want but not attached to another person's home. It is perfect size and did not seem as if it was over 3K sqft.......I was attempting to go really tiny at around 1500 sqft 3 bed 3 bath no half bath until I realized that if I ever had guess I would not want randoms going through one of their rooms to use the bathroom.

Hey bro! I love this house and your videos! That chain is actually to help channel the water from that drainage of the roof so it doesn’t splash everywhere. It guides the water down smoothly towards the floor

The tub in the bedroom is a no go. Especially being separated by a simple curtain. It would have been better if it was a frosted glass door that could open and slide to the side if they wanted the open feel. The home actually seems pretty small even for a townhouse. I think I expected much more for that price. Great video though

Yeah, I really liked this one. Shame you didn't pop back of an evening to show the view at night. I'm from the UK and never considered even visiting Vegas, now i want to live there. This home is for an acquired taste. It is very modern and very adult. The interior design even though it was nicely done might not be to everyone’s tastes and the art work in some spaces was overwhelming. Beautiful home nevertheless.

I really enjoyed this home, the lighting is crazy cool. I do wish the kitchen was larger. Only thing I didn't like was the long narrow walkway. Some one could be hiding in there.

The reason that I channel my thoughts here is that I hope builder will notice this and offer something like this as a standard plan. It is too much work to custom a home. If they offer it as standard, it will be much easier for consumers. The combined steam showerjacuzzi only cost 3000 on eBay as retail. If they put that in when they build, that is so much easier than modify a house that is already done. For the home office, it just need to have a bigger entry way and den, and move the bathroom close of entry way. Wola, you have a home meet the American updated life style.

People wants convience, including rich people. The richer you are, the more you are into self health maintenance and time management. That means work out in home. People want that. It is a lot of effort to hit the gym. It is just so much easier to exercise in home.

The quality of the materials of this home is well worth it compared to the Pulte homes of the same price in the Reverence collection in Summerlin. Who’s the builder? And is there an identical community in Summerlin? I love this home but not a huge fan of Henderson.

The lit up shower head panel has been out for a hike Koehler makes it they aren’t crazy expensive you just gotta have a big enough enclosed shower. They also make water jets and shower speakers for that system they don’t make a shower tv as far as I know

I suggest to give people what they really want. A home gym with steam room and jacuzzi. Big parking space for their active life. an office for work.

For me personally I would prefer the security entrance back b4 you get to the windows of the residence . More secure that way . So you open a window to let the breeze flow and BAM a stranger too close to said window for comfort .

I am not a hater but this one is not worth it... the place next door (electric blue) is amazing with a real view - This property is just alright - I'm sorry because I was ready to be amazed......layout is awful - 300 days on the maket get ready for another 300 days and price reduction.......Great showing.....(side note - I can see you being the host of the show "LIFE STYLE OF THE RICH AND FAMOUS")
