The MRE was good but nowhere near my favorite the sausage was a bit tough but good flavor. The tent seems like a really solid piece of gear based off all the different other models i've tried so far. Glad you enjoyed and I'll have a new one for ya ASAP

I carry a Glock 29 with extended magazine in bear country. If I had to do it over, I would have gotten the 20, but you live and learn!😅 if I am not worried about anyone seeing my firearm, I use the Kenai chest holster from Gunfighters (INC). I’d rather not have anything hanging on my beat up hips after 20 years in the Marine Corps and 63 years old.😂 I enjoyed your video. Thanks!😊

I'm for sure going to get back into that because I also enjoy watching people cook in their videos. Just been on an MRE kick lately. Made homemade deer stew today.

For sure going to get this in the mountains for a rain camp ASAP. The hydrastatic head rating is 3000mm which is good although I do typically prefer a 5000mm rating

Was that the nz shovel handle on your pack ? I'm ultralight half the time, pretty hardcore at that, doing multi-days 30kms with a 2 to 4kg pack

Yes i had the shovel head in a canvas pouch and stuck into the side hydration pouch then run the handle through the side compression straps. I plan to just take the head out soon and make a handle in the field
