NOW foods ultrasonic faux wood grain diffuser is a flower-shaped diffuser that is bpa-free and utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic electrical vibrations to create an ultra-fine aromatherapy mist. This new and innovative design includes an LED color changing night light. There is no heat involved, and the diffuser runs up to 8 hours.

I just got one. I don’t like the fact that there is no way to lock the top half to the bottom. If the unit is bumped over, it spills everywhere.

Hello, the manual says that when you press the button for the 3 time the aroma diffuser is off and when you press it for the fourth time then the night light is off. But when i press it the 3 time is all off. Shouldn't it stay with the lights on and maybe work as a lamp?

Rômulo Duarte Mine does that too. I wanted the night light but it all turns off. That’s just how it is I guess

What do you mean as many drops as you like? Starting at how many is good ?

Hi Angela - begin with 3 drops and adjust from there if you enjoy a stronger aroma.

My rubber stopper and spring thingy keeps falling into the tank. Does NOW sell replacements. This thing was more than fifty dollars at a health drugs store, I've used it maybe seven times. Anyone?

Just empty the bottom and put the top on again with Min water. I had the same problem because I had too much water

Okay soooo, I just had to do it. The spring, tee thingy has to be on top and poke the point through, the green is in the well, the small inner circle down.

I need a new gasket for the cap of the main part you add the water to. The gasket that keeps too much water and essential oil from coming out at the bottom. Anyone know where to get one? .

Google on you tube howtoclean a diffuser good one on there. Basically vinegar, or alcohol on a q tip and gently dab at the sensor silver thingy.

Clean it. Oil clog on that sensor. Don't push it hard.

This diffuser wasted my oils! It doesn't matter how much oil I add, there's basically no scent. You can stand right next to it and smell absolutely nothing. Waste of money
