awesome man with the magnet, perfect for steel balls, im gonna try this for my 25 rd rifle set up, all i did was use a longer spring with a lil more power for all the extra rds but i believe this is the best way totally genius :)

Pardon my inability to comprehend, but what is the purpose of the magnet? Is it to pull/lift the steel ball round into the chamber because steel ball bearing rounds are too heavy to flow from the tube magazine into a firing position? I'm all in if that's the case because I am using Amazon ball bearings in all my Umarex markers.

I am not aware of any longer barrels. There was a place printing compensators and extended mags but i haven’t heard anyone successfully getting through to them.
I wonder if this is the VIDEO you reccomended lol, I bought this on mcsus along with a bunch of adapters for the 88g 90g and an HPA Tank and a coil line. but the main thing is the HDP 50 The pOWERKIT that claims 15-30j + Tuning barrel that gives 30 to 40J as they claim but you NEED BOTH of these. So I hope it really hits 40J with alumnium .50 balls. I know I watched your other videos your hitting 100 joules with a sniper rifle looking build??? I just need atleast 50 joules with the gun looking like that factory with the tuning barrel so a little long barrel and remove restrictor add the power kit and of course i said the barrel... Also will add the barrel cover so it wont look weird and also....... Thats all I know to mod.. then theres the back of the gun brass thing ZRAM has an extender that goes there and puts +8joules which is crazy I can get 48 joulese without having a crazy looking modded gun, then Ill add an HPA tank then itll look alittle big...... unless I add abuttstock then itll look like a mini SMG I guess thats my goal tho atleat 50-60js with barely any mods and making the gun super LONG.
Just finished video great information and mods how to install ETC, do you know how to get black version? Or should I just remove slide and all components in the slide and spray paint it with paint spray cans? maybe krylon matte? IDK are most guns black matte? even the metal? Is the HDP orange slide METAL? like the T4E markers? I know the T4E .43 MARKERS are metal sliders I think aluminium slides though.
I would skip the power kit it is not necessary. Double deleted using an 88/90g or will send you above 40j no problem if you are running a tuning barrel w/extension. The orange slide is easily permanently colored black using RitDye from the craft store. There are a few videos of Hdp50 being dyed. I think Jon over at Complete Technologies Solutions did a how to vid.

It doesn't do much I guess if your telling me since you got some serious crazy builds damn... well now I got the HDP coming and a VALKEN CQMF, both super moddable im going to have tons of fun but now I need to find the SPRING for the vALKEN17 CQMF to up the joules that everyone talks about I think its on home defense when the website chooses to work they are sellin it for 6$ I think and also the BARREL for either 45$ or 100-200$
Will the Valken O ring work with the factory spring. I’m thinking of preforming this. It’s also cheaper than buying the power kit? Also do you think that same Valken O ring may work on an HDR50?
The Valken oring as a bumper does work with the factory spring as i do use it in my other Hdp 50 and yes it will also fit as a substitute on all the Umarex air chambers. Honestly i didnt detect and notable difference in velocity using the bumper but it is a much more durable material then the soft silicone Umarex one.

😂 geez. You are as crazy as me. In short my idea was using the magnet and just filling the tube with bbs much like many airsoft or bb full autos. The magnet would gather a certain number of bbs based on its strength and then just launch them not unlike bird shot from 18ga shotty.

No man you are not mistaken. My camera totally crapped the bed during the original video of how to remove the block i do apologize that i was never able to do a video myself. There are lots of videos on how to do it already but the jyst of it you must remove the brass cap at the rear of the valve and pluck the block out or knock it out from the front with a thin screwdriver or the like.
Thanks for the headsup. That factory slider is some seriously shoddy Horde craftsmanship. It keeps jamming when I go to shoot it. "OPEN THE GATES" Me when trying to fire the hdp50
I experimented with many wraps of electrical tape first and it did work very well i might add but was just temporary until pex came along. Its some trial and error to get it to fit right but its damn durable.
I added some washers and still won't cycle the steel balls. Is the anything else i need to do internally? I have removed the valve block, and it's a 7 5 us version with no restrictor. Maybe i need to play around with how many washers i use to reach a certain length ?
Try loading a couple of steel balls with no co2. Pull the trigger but at the same time use your other hand to pull back on the spring follower slightly. Does the round cycle?
@@lesslethalfordummies yes if I load 2 balls and pull back on follower a few millimeters, the trigger will cycle. If I put 3 balls in, I have to pull follower back a little further and most of the time trigger will get stuck back and not travel forward to rest position without giggling follower back and forth. I have tried a few different combinations of stacks of nylon washers ranging from 2.5mm to 4mm's and all do same thing. I am using PGN 12.7mm 8.4 gram steel ball bearings sold on Amazon. I currently have 3 - HDP50'S I purchased for myself and a couple friends. All have valve blocks removed, all have no restrictors in C02 grip frame, all have stock detents and stock battles. I am waiting for home defense 24 to come off of inventory and processing orders again to order 3 bartels. Should I add a neodymium magnet even though they have stock detents still ? I have made PEX detents for when tuning barrel's get delivered.
Not loading steel balls has a lot to do with the thickness of the factory detent. Try the magnet with the factory detent you may be able to hold the following ball in s better position for the loading gate to close. That silver half moon shaped gate is where the larger steel balls jam. You can also reprofile the loading gate if you are handy with a dremel. I found 12.5mm balls cycle without any of the 12.7 issues they just arent as readily available. Add washers to the follower spring is done to prevent the follower from latching during a firing cycle. If it latches all your balls fall out the bottom. You can test your pex with the factory barrel and see how they perform with the magnets of course.
