You should be payed by EA because I've been literally slowly buying the expansions just to have your beautiful buildings in my game. Everything you build is always awesome. :)

i love your builds, could you sometimes include grandparents' bedroom in your family homes? i think it's kinda realistic to have grandpa and/or grandma living in the house, especially if the house is bigger

What I find hilarious is that for years this lot is glitched in my game, and when my sims invite each other out my game thinks it's a restaurant! Maybe downloading your renovation will resolve this in a way 😂

I'd reeeeally love a park/labyrinth mostly made out of the romantic garden stuff. It looks so beautiful and a very overgrown labyrinth with hidden spots to kiss your love would be great. Maybe even a wedding arch. Anyways, I'm super excited for your save file :D With every video I fall in love with your style even more :D

This build is absolutely gorgeous! I love that you turned it into a restaurant! I've never seen that done before with this build! I'm loving how you used that flower filled fountain inside!! I always forget about that item, but it's gorgeous and works really well in this build!

I always love all your builds, they always make me feel at home. Like I could visit these places. Also all the grey on the kitchen felt a bit cold. Maybe so lively flowers or a painting would have been a nice touch.

I love seeing your builds come to life. You need to be hired by Sims ASAP! I always watch your videos before bed too. Your voice is so calming! Notification squad representing! I really do love when you put in a little story at the end.. where you show the sims using the building... it doesn't have to be a (real story) but it showcases your build with the "living sims". It 's neat I believe as you go over your outro and screen shots. :)

I loved this build/conversion! I’ve always really enjoyed that little community garden behind this lot too, but haven’t ever figured out a nice house to put there (because the original was pretty hideous...) Excited to see what you have coming up next for your save file!

Yeah, I love Dine Out, but it’s a little weird if you’re creating a casual burger joint or something less formal. Normally you wouldn’t need to request a table at a place like that. Looking forward to your community lots! I desperately need to update the ones in my game :)

Hi I dunno if you have a rule or something about suggesting lots/builds but I just want to say that the “Factory one” lot in windenburg really needs your attention cos it looks pretty bad Also want to say nice video and I would never have thought to change this house into a restaurant but you are so creative and I think you made the right choice to do so Xx

can you do a house with a big yard w just foliage and lots of green for a sim who maybe has the loves outdoors trait, or somethingggg? your lawns usually don't have much open space, but i love every build you do :D

This is so pretty! I can't wait to take my Sims to it. Did you ever consider renovate the lots from the gallery? Like the Chez Llama and other stuff, I can't remember their names, but they show up in the your gallery as you get the expansions, game and stuff packs.

I love the idea of changing this home into a restaurant and it came out so well. Calming colors and whatnot... I like all the plants outside, too. So good! I'm glad to have found your channel.. I enjoy your build style. My only critique with your videos is to do with your voice overs... My brain tends to focus on repetitive things, so I've noticed you say "pretty nice" "really nice" "really pretty" "pretty nicely" etc a lot... I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it's just hard for me to not focus on it because it's said so much lol. Again, that's my only critique and I otherwise enjoy your videos!

I try to make videos for my niece that lives across the country and even though I'm talking to her, talking to the camera is just awkward, especially with my boyfriend next to me lol. I dont think I could do a voice over. You totally have my respect for that, for sure. It was just something I had noticed, is all.

So I'm having trouble placing it.. I don't know if it's just my computer but this has happened even when I repair my game. Basically when I place the lot the rounded balconies' floors are partially gone along with the fencing around it. It's always does this with round porches or balconies and it makes me frustrated. I really like this lot and this is something I feel like I fight with alone.
