Ultron is one of the polished modded characters... Why cant they just focus on polishing the other modded characters instead of adding more. Cyclops still has that sexy hip thrust after optic blast... Kens face in sfv is still better than its modded character's punchable one.
it take long time + IRL stuff distracting these Modder. So thing don't come out polish at the start when it come to these modded characters. Unless you what to wait a year per character.
