"Girl, Teach Me" here on RU-vid just had her 5th baby, and she's got lots of good advice over there❤️ I've had two unmedicated births myself, a positive mindset goes a long way.

I just had my first in October natural. My biggest take away were the breath work I practiced, squeezing a comb and being in the tub for the last part were vital. Congrats and good luck 💛

Have a look at freebirth society on here, I've had four babies and my latest was a ' freebirth' which if you think about it is just birth undisturbed and it was beautiful!

I believe she has one on her old channel! She actually has two, one that’s just labor tips in general and another that’s more natural/home birth specific

I agree, it was beautiful. I had to stop it there to take a moment and just imagine how good it must feel to have that in your marriage.

I keep my container of starter and discard. I use my discard in the mornings to make a lil breakfast flatbread thing, so I keep a bit on hand for that, but I only discard when I need more for my breakfasts or for a specific discard recipe. All that to say, to limit your cleaning, don’t discard as much as possible. Keep a very small amount (like 15g) of active starter and feed it larger amounts only when you need. This really cut down on cleaning for me because I don’t need to change jars so often. It also will keep your starter healthy and significantly less acidic. The bowl I make bread in just goes in the dishwasher and I will rinse my tools in a bowl and dump the water in the garden. Hope that helps!!

She has a ED most likely. She is very strict with her eating

@AKM8829 Just because she has a nice figure doesn't mean she has an ED. She clearly eats healthy and takes care of herself. Accusing someone of having an ED, as well as telling others they'd have to have an ED to look like that person, is not only likely false, but also a harmful statement to make. I hope anyone reading that comment understands this.

@yasmina, from what I can see she eats a healthy well rounded diet and stays active, as in she just does a lot in her day. I think she said something recently that she does not work out anymore because it was too much for her at this time in life. She used to do a body weith work out in the early am, but now just chills a d reads before getting going for the day. This is of course just taken from the little snipits of her day that she shows. I would encourage you to not worry about extream weight gain during pregnancy, that is not normal. If you are in good health (balanced hormons and a healthy weight) you will do just fine. I am having my third and have not gained any "extra" weight with each child. It is all about balance, stay active, eat healthy, but rest when you need too, never push yourself to hard. “Spontaneous moments” in front of a camera that was deliberately placed there to capture that moment are so disingenuous. Whether it’s reading your Bible, or an intimate moment with a spouse, it’s fake and performative.

you guys literally have nothing better in your life than to ruin someone's precious and lovely moment! you guys are sick, i never get why people bother to stay and watch the entire video and then comment negative comments waow wait i do know you have such a miserable life and no one that loves you in such a way that are bother by people who actually show affection to others sad sad sad sad !
