Loved this! Please do more videos like this! I've always wondered about making my own cereal but seemed like a lot of effort for a few bowls haha - I appreciate your honest review! Really value your channel and how you don't try to glamorise homemaking or make it seem out of reach xx
Hey what video has the banana sourdough loaf that was just a trial but you said the recipe in it? I haven’t stopped thinking about it I want to try it!
It amazing me some people are against making their own bread because they get it from the store.. yall know bread still has to be made, and the amount of hands and time that has passed for your bread to be put in the store verses just taking the time to make your own bread. It's a skill. We weren't born consumers.
4 years ago Sarah was preaching that gluten is the worst thing for your health…Lovely people- don’t believe everything that an influencer says, as it will change and be replaced with equally strong often contradictory statements .
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. All those who reject Jesus will face eternal punishment in hell. Repent and turn to Jesus, He is returning soon. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to God except through Him. He loves us all so much that He gave His life for us and died on the cross so we can be forgiven of our sins and have eternal life through faith in Him. There’s no greater love than this❤
Chances are you haven't developed enough gluten structure while kneading the dough if it is crumbly and falling apart. Your flour might be too weak and have minimal gluten content as well
Thanks for sharing! Awhile ago I discovered that many cheeses are actually very low in lactose. As a nutritionist who has IBS and am lactose intolerant I was so excited to find that many lactose intolerant people can tolerate cheese (especially hard cheeses) myself included! I thought I'd share encase it helps anyone else!
Maybe there is a higher content of niacinamide in the sourdough? That's the only think I could think of that would make that sort of difference. Vitamin B (like niacinamide) can help with skin issues like keratosis pilaris.
Hi Sarah, quick question. What is the reason for the long ferment overnight or putting in refrigerator overnight? Is it flavor or for the benefits of the sourdough to fully permeate the loaf? My loaf seems ready to bake without a long ferment time is why I'm asking. Thank you! Love your recipes and channel.
Loved this! Ive never made any of those either! I have been considering the connomon toast crunch as well mostly for the kids, i do make granola a lot, in fact i made it this morning, its good with milk or yogurt of corse, but what a fun video! Ill have to try the cereal, and the cereal you buy, what a great deal! I'll have to look for that! Im in the US, so the price might be different, but sounds great! ❤
@@johanna2690 At least in the US, you can but it is usually 1.5-2x the cost of a loaf of white bread, and typically has less slices of bread than a loaf of white bread. You can buy sourdough loaves at almost any chain grocery store, though you may or may not find any fresh sourdough in bakery isles, you'll more often find prepackaged factory made versions. I bought a loaf of sourdough at my grocery store last week, and on sale it was $6; my typical white bread costs about $2.50-3
Watching this over and over and thinking to myself, admirably, "Why is she so fun?!?!" I love these outfits! Especially Thurs-Sat. Where do you shop at??
She's making sourdough bread a which is easier on the gut which in turn results in clearing up a lot of issues, including skin issues 😊 Totally recommend you doing some research! It's interesting what certain ingredients do to our bodies without realizing it!
@@allthingsaremadenew236 keratosis pilaris is treated with chemical exfoliation not fermented food. Change your body wash to one with an acid such as lactic or salicylic. While you may recommend ‘I do some research’ I would say the very same thing back to you. This is my field. 22 years. Sourdough bread doesn’t fix hormonal acne either. Not everything is everything. Not everything works for everything. Whole & homemade foods are great but they don’t cure all ills. People love to seed confusion for clicks though. The amount of medically illiterate absolute horseshit circulating on the internet misinforming people defies belief. Any claim that the United States of America consists of an educated population is an obvious fantasy. Snake oil salesmen of the 19th century would be so envious of the widespread grifts that run unimpeded with 300 million targets to take advantage of with crap like this 24/7, 365 days per year. Scientifically, historically, linguistically, culturally, mathematically & medically illiterate fools running around with too few correctives. It’s a sad & shameful thing to see
@@allthingsaremadenew236 This isn't fully true though some might see improvement. Anecdotal evidence isn't supported by any study on this, but who knows maybe one day it will be studied more!
I realized mine was caused by soy products and yes that is in store bought bread. Doctors say they don't know what causes it. Kinda like when they lied and said fried food doesn't cause acne 😮
We make most of our food at home because the stuff from stores is unhealthy. We make our own cake, fudge, pancakes, meals, you name it we probably make it.
This bread looks amazing! I saw that you pulled it out of a bread machine. I wish i had the spoons to do it the way you do here. But I just let the breadmaker do it all.
Wowwww how do you get so much done in a day? Do you schedule your days and cooking in advance so you know exactly what you're cooking or is it based on what you want to do / what you have? LOVE your videos, they make me feel excited to cook, clean, feel house proud and cook for the people I love.
