Doc after getting up from a chair I feel pain on my right leg as I step forward that I’m afraid to put my feet down on the floor so I tend to limp. What exercise should I do to fix this? Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear about your leg pain @armi4276! While I cannot provide specific medical advice here, a leg that is causing you "to limp" is something to get checked out.
