MC shares how stress and pivoting are sometimes actions we must manage. How do you manage your stress? For MC, it is sometimes about taking a nap and planning an earlier bedtime. Stress is a part of life. What isn't a part of life is holding on to stress. MC could keep thinking about what caused the stress, who caused the stress, or why it happened. Really, all of that is not important.
MC believes in letting it go, smiling, finding gratitude in the opportunity to learn, and making notes on how to address similar issues in the future.
