All Star Comics 55 Conservation Episode 8: Final Press and Results.
In this video we conclude a Golden Age Comic Book conservation project on this copy of All Star Comics #55 from 1950. We review our progress so far and then we refold the spine and give the comic book a final press. Then we review the final results, with side-by-side before and after pictures and analysis of the outcome of our comic book conservation project.
The materials and methods I use are archival and are reversible. If done properly, they do not result in a purple restored label from CGC.
