These are all great. Thank you! We also use D-Mannose powder and have started adding it to our cat’s food (since one of our guys has some kidney issues). I was shocked when our vet actually smiled and gave us the green light for both d-mannose AND silver (I took a chance mentioning it. Ha!).
I’m looking at all your vids and subscribed. Thank you for posting! Curious, if I were to give oregano oil mixed in w coconut oil to a 5 lb dog, how much oregano oil would you give your dog? I was thinking 1 drop but not sure if it’s too little. Also unrelated to this vid. Do you ever give your dogs raw garlic? I heard it’s good for dogs once crushed and it’s been sitting for about 15 mins but not sure how much to give.
I have 5 lb chihuahuas and I’ve given them a dose of one drop of oregano oil with no problems. I’ve mixed it directly into food, I usually season their dog food with dried oregano which adds tons of benefits, I season it to taste as I would like it myself! Depending on what you’re using it for I’d definitely start with one drop and if there are no digestive upsets you could dose it twice daily (2 drop total) for things like infections. My dogs do get raw crushed garlic in their food, there is lots of controversy about it being toxic and in the onion family! Raw garlic is extremely safe and beneficial, it could only be toxic in huge amounts. I season my dogs home cooked food with raw garlic and add it to their dish and let sit for 10 minutes if we are fighting infections etc, otherwise for general health or flea repellent and worm control I just add to the dish while cooking. If you are treating infections you should research colloidal silver it’s great stuff! Thanks for watching and subscribing ❤️
@@EarthsAnswers thank you so much! I so happened to have some colloidal silver so I started him on two droppers of 10ppm this morning. I might give it to him two or three times a day. His pee hole has looked irritated for about a week. I called his vet when I noticed and the nurse said it it could be a uti since it looks a bit irritated based on the picture I showed her even though he has had no signs of discomfort and he eats. The only time I noticed him lick his belly more than usual was the day I called his vet and the day before. So I’ve been giving him diluted apple cider vinegar orally twice a day and cleaning his belly as well twice a day with diluted one part white vinegar and three parts water. Two or three tiny bumps he had on the side of his belly cleared up pretty quickly with the vinegar. But his pee hole looks irritated still. He has yet to show any discomfort and even lets me clean him. Im wondering if the vinegar is maybe not helping w the irritation so I’m not going to clean his pee area with the vinegar anymore. I’ve noticed some milky yellowish discharge. So when ever that is on his little pee area I’m now cleaning off with dry toilet paper and then dab a little bit of colloidal silver on surface where its irritated. Hopefully the colloidal silver along with one drop of oil of oregano during meal time twice a day helps. Thank you

@user-so7ob9dv1k colloidal silver also works well, 10 ppm you can usually get it at a local health food store or online. Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic! Also if you can get 100% pure cranberry juice, no added ingredients, you can add a few tablespoons to the cats water or put a tsp in food. Cranberry won’t cure infection itself, but it speeds up the process and puts a protective coating over the urinary tract making it hard for bad bacteria to stick to it. It’s great to do this often for maintenance too! Don’t use human cranberry pills, there are ingredients in I think AZO that are toxic to cats, I just use pure cranberry juice. If it says no sugar added, read ingredients, xylitol is deadly to pets!
