I want to scan two sides of same documents in one page in hp smart tank 675 , like aadhar card , we have two sides , manually we scan first side and after printing we give same printed page in paper tray and scan other side of aadhar and then print again, I want to skip this

I have a smart tank 670 printer When this printer sits idle the scanner light source flashes on & off every second. This printer is less than one day old. The device will scan and it will print. However after it is finished the scanner returns to home position and pulses on every second. I have seen many problems of this kind, searching on google. How can I solve it?!

Dear HP, I have used Ink-tank printers of 2 leading brands and I faced the same major problem with both: after printing around 5000 pages the waste ink pads were full and printer stopped printing. The process of getting the waste ink pads replaced and the counter reset at the authorised service center is expensive and time-consuming. One of those printers could not print anymore even after the replacement and reset. All the good feelings I had about Ink-tank printers vanished that day. So HP, do these "Smart" Ink-tank printers have the same weakness or you have found a better technology to handle the large amounts of ink that is wasted every time the printer cleans the print heads either by itself or when the user is required to?
