Wow! That Alesis rack unit took me back a ways! I used to have a ALESIS D4 drum unit on my drumkit back in tha day. I would put triggers on all of my acoustic drums and run the triggers into the Alesis D4 and send that signal to the mixer and and it sounded great, for the time! lol

Great haul, did these come back from Japan or domestic? I'm particularly excited about that Rhythm Arranger and the drip edge Twin Reverb and silver panel Vibrosonic, and I have to go figure out exactly what a Roland Variphrase does!

How does pallet shipping work? Do you pay a flat fee per pallet and you can ship whatever you can get in the box? Do you ever have problems with dead or non-working gear? How does customs work? Do you provide an itemized packing list? How often do you do these big foreign shipments? Any nightmare stories?

Ehh, I think it’s more productive to be honest. Just because someone on the team doesn’t love a piece of gear doesn’t mean someone else won’t love it. Never sits right with me to watch guitar shop channels that say everything they get in is great. Everything is subjective and I think it’s more interesting to put out our unfiltered opinion than give you guys some weird toxically positive commercial.
