I unbox two new species that I am adding to the collection! All I'll tell you is that it is a black kingsnake and a white rat snake. These are native colubrids in the United States.

Just saw this posted and called my wife and daughter to watch. After watching the snakes hatch, giving them their first meals, shipping them, and now getting to see them arrive in their new home safely, was beyond cool. How often do you get to see that end of it? Thanks for posting Joe!

How much larger would a male rat snake get opposed to the female? Nothing really much more than maybe a few inches?

Do Mexican black king snakes grow to different sizes? Male or female bigger? I have 2 1 Male 1 female seems like 1 is a little bit bigger that the other
