Agree with you on this saw…sure it isn’t a Festool, but it does cut straight…and works as intended. Getting back into woodworking myself, have some festool “toys” but this does just fine…bought a dust collector hose end adapter set, and my festool dust collector works with this now too. It also works with my Rigid vacuum too…Thank you for a right to the point review. Best of luck going forward!
I eventually plan to move on to better tools. A festool dust extractor is one of them because the hoses adapt well with almost everything. I found that hooking the saw up to a simple shop vac really helps with the dust, but im having issues adapting the hose to the saw effectively.
