"WHY DIDN'T SOMEBODY TELL ME JOOST MADE ONE OF THESE...THINGS?!" Seriously though, this is so awesome. Been looking forward to seeing this final version. Definitely going to steal that idea of having a moon backdrop. Is this going to be a limited edition, Joost?
Absolutely fucking marvelous I am in 1989 Michael Keaton Batman fan I will be to the day I die my biggest collection is the 89 Keaton Batmobile I will be purchasing your 89 Keaton Batmobile seeing this batwing I literally have tears of joy in my eyes I've been waiting for this for 30 fucking years
Thank you, the sooner you get on the waitlist, the better your chances: jazzincdioramas.com/batman/16-scale-ultimate-1989-bat-wing-vehicle-with-opening-cockpit
This is awesome! You guys better use butterfly anchors for mounting! Don’t use those cheapie plastic anchors, those or craps no matter how much they are rated for!
Joost - are the legs made of metal or plasitc? I think the only thing that concerns me with the packaging is that the box with the wing is just on the top layer and it didn't seem like the wings themselves have a foam surround in the box that might absorb any blow from that direction. I am confident of Joost fixing any problems that may occur in shipping but best to address what could be a big problem.
You were absolutely correct on this. I received mine today and the wings I heard bouncing around inside the smaller wing box when it was delivered. It was bouncing around so much during shipping that it protruded and damaged the wing box on 2 sides. However the wings themselves were very well wrapped and didn't take any damage. I already relayed this to Joost with pictures. I am also very concerned about the legs when mounting because it is not metal. Time will tell.
Your Batwing is amazing but there is a design detail that bothers me: The 2 rear fins of your Batwing are flattened at the top whereas they are rounded and sharp like a dolphin's tail on the original. Also the teeth at the back of the fin are more pronounced on the original. Please have a look here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0STyxqVXaXI.html
Will you be making a second run of this item? I just discovered it an its sadly sold out. I signed up for the waitlist for the item. Fingers crossed that it gets made again sometime in the future.
It absolutely Blows my mind how you were able to recreate this in this scale! I remember ordering this close to 3 years ago, maybe 2-3 years. I was excited but didn't know what to expect. I am so thrilled to receive this. Thank you so much for making collectors dreams come true!! Looking forward to many more products from you 🦇 your work is second to none and your love and detail for your products show! Very grateful.
@@theMasterChiefRules Easy - how good are you at pronouncing stuff in a second language? I'm a bit of a spelling and grammar nazi by nature, but at least I've mastered preschool etiquette and know when to keep my trap shut and consider the context/situation. Talk about forest for the trees and your total lack of self awareness!
@@halfvader8015 what are you talking about?? 😂😂😂 If English is actually his second language then kudos to him because he has a great American accent. I would assume he moved to Europe.
@@theMasterChiefRules And you'd be wrong, again. Born and lives in the Netherlands/is Dutch. Studied both in Netherlands and a bit in England. Unlike most native English speakers though, many people from other countries and most from Europe speak English and some better than the English speakers do. And don't get me started on American mispronunciation of English! Now THERE's a reason for obnoxiously overusing laughing emojis. And I can think of a couple of RU-vid reviewers right now who mangle that word and don't even pronounce it like their own countrymen! Anyway yeah this is all beside the point of your arrogant original post and the lack of self awareness or that of others in saying it/taking him to task to start with! Could have easily saved yourself the embarrassment too.
