I heard the single color cartridges are better because with a cartridge that has all colors in it if you run out of 1 color you have to buy the cartridge even if the otger colors are only half used. I recently moved and am now re-setting up my Canon. You would not have a few quick steps to re-setting up the printer on a new WiFi/Internet provider (without having to go back & reading the manual again, would you? What are your printing settings ? not to be in your business but do you have your settings saved under pro platinum or matte setting, under the photo papers selection? Just trying to see which settings print colors better!

I bought this printer ru-vid.comUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 to replace an aging HP printer. It is just used for casual home printing so I don't need anything more. Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi
