Honestly one of the most important bands in Metal history imo. Especially when it comes to the development of thrash, Death, Black Metal. Especially since Bands like Darkthrone, Obituary, Paradise Lost, Incantation, Evoken, Moonspell, Death, Sepultura, Gorgoroth, Marduk, Napalm Death, Cradle of Filth, Brutal Truth etc…..being influenced by them. Then with bands like Emperor, Opeth, Enslaved, Grave, Mayhem etc… covering some of their songs. That’s a pretty sick box set, Into the Pandemonium is crazy, but also super fun and interesting. doesn’t get better than To Mega Therion. Best composition, best songs, best album art.

been a huge fan of Celtic frost since 2006 because of my dad my dad grew up on early first wave black metal era Celtic frost favourite Celtic frost albums morbid tales 1984 to mega therion 1985 into the pandemonium 1987 vanity nemesis 1990 monotheist 2006

Funny thing… Just a week ago the guys over at Deathwish found a box of unsold copies of Jane Doe and put em up on their website. I managed to snag one; it was like $70 but considering how people are wildin’ out on Discogs over that album I’d say it was worth it.

There are a bunch of Jane Doe Vinyls on Discogs. They're pricy but they are available.
