I just received mine about 2 weeks ago. I love it very much more than the basic ones. I can set the timer and walk away while I am at work and I have fresh cook delicious meals at work.

How big is the cup? Mine came with this super tiny 30ml cup and an ugly defective "insulated" bag

Ya the cup is a tiny cup which measures around 40ml of fluid. I didn't get an 'insulated' bag but did get the cloth bento bag.
