I own the same watch and I absolutely love it I bought it on the leather strap with the bunt, then bought the bracelet from Tudor, and then had a bespoke band made out of double black pearl stingray with red herme leather on the inside of the strap. It’s absolutely gorgeous. This watch is the closest watch you can buy that looks like the Rolex 6263 which now cost like 100k and up. It’s a fantastic watch all around, and is an absolute strap monster!!!
so so true. Im so glad that you put that reference number because i knew i had seen a super similar Rolex Daytona design before! Just tri compax instead of bicompax. Both amazing designs. Thanks!
One of the favorites in my collection. Great watch! 😊 it’s a bit of a chonk but strangely wears quite nicely. And I agree, it would be nice to have a better clasp with micro adjustment.
I have this watch in the reverse panda color. Excellent everyday watch for a larger man who can wear 41mm without it overwhelming his wrist. I’m 6’2.5” and 220 lbs so it’s a perfect fit for me. I highly recommend it! It is also the most accurate automatic watch I have ever owned.
Got hold of mine last week - absolutely in love with it! I've just ordered a double-pass Nato but thinking I should have got a single-pass. Similar wrist size to you.
You shouldn’t mark it down for being chunky it is a chrono with a date and 200m of water resistance, you said equivalent Rolex, there isn’t one, the Daytona doesn’t have those specs.
you are 10000000000000% correct. The 6263, which this tudor chrono BB seems to be modeled after, has no date and only 100m WR. The 6263 is easily my favorite Daytona of all time but being that it's over $100k, this Tudor chrono BB panda fills that void very nicely (albeit thicker).
FWIW, my AD said that the watch still has 2bar even if you leave the pushers unscrewed. Don’t think I’ll be putting that to the test, but wanted to pass it along all the same.
Same old design flaw.... Snowflake hand obstructs the chronograph subdials. Chronographs need very slim pencil hands AKA OMRGA speedy... I can see the flaw... You can see the flaw but apparently the decision makers at Tudor HQ can't or can't be bothered to address it....
Must suck to have a skinny ass wrist, I have a manly wrist, I can wear a 44/45 with no problem. Don’t fool yourself, Tudor is not Rolex quality, isn’t even Omega quality. I have two omegas that put Tudor to shame.
