Kan, if you want to not show your hammer when your in the dress bot menu, equip a hot at slot with nothing in it. That way your character doesn’t hold anything I’m pretty sure.

Select an empty inventory slot and you won’t be holding the hammer, you can hold whatever you want at the dressbot, I personally like to have the spud shotgun out

I think survival needs some sort of personal armour system. For characters who are supposed to know how things work, they're pretty slow to realise they could just put something between themselves and a roll of tape.

you need some spinning sawblades around the outside of your walls, bots won't go near them. Place them parallel to the wall and overlapping so there is no gaps. you can make sure they're always on with a nor gate.

I think the way cloths boxes work is that there are normal sets, you can get in any box, maybe rare sets, that you can get in rare and epic boxes, and epic sets, that you can only get in epic boxes.

@kan I saw someone opening a ton of green (normal boxes) and at some point he couldn't open anymore normal boxes, even though he still had some (could have been Scrapman, but I'm not sure). After that he was only able to open higher boxes. So it seems every kind of box has its own set of cloths you can get out of them and when you reached the limit, you still could have boxes, but you just can't use them anymore. So those you could give to others or wait until they might bring in new cloths.

Put the tier 3 Metall on the outside of the wall and the Brick on the inside. I have that layout at my base and as far as I remember I never had to repair the wall after a raid.

Hey kan, for wall defenses, you should put little holes so that you can shoot the bots from behind the wall. (just a suggestion)

Pretty sure you can take off the backpack in the menus. But this might only change it in creative.

As someone who got ALL the cosmetics i have an idea of how this work. It seems like every tier as a chance to give you an item from the next tier until you get everything from that tier. example: with "common" you can get wears from "rare" but when you have all "common" pieces you can't open those box anymore, same with rare(and epic but there is no higher tier). I precise that i might be wrong, so if anyone KNOW exactly how it work, feel free to tell. Anyway i hope it helped you understand how the garments system works.

They added a brightnes setting you should put it up during raids because it's really hard to see the bots like this

kAN, *greens are uncommons, purples are epics and yellows are legendary.*

You can run dry on common unlocks, but still have things in rare or epic section. The dress bot won't accept the common boxes at this point.

I think that the each colored boxes gives different things, like I used the unlock inventory command and spam a bunch of cotton and gold garmet boxes and after a copple of unboxings you will not be able to open more, I think scrapman ran in the same issue with a different color.

i had the same reaction as kan when i got the painter mask from gold box

You can get a no-backpack mod, or simply tweak the default pack texture to make it transparent. However your character will look a bit odd in seats since the player model is spaced out from the seat model. Almost like the guy can't reach the pedals so he scooted all the way to the edge of the seat. Also i can make a custom kAN t-shirt if you want, i've done re-texturing before.

I have the entire technician set which looks amazing.

Most of the clothing items are tee shirts. I do not even think there are full sets of all the clothing. Am on my second world and found I have maxed out yellow and purple already and I do not think I can do many more green. I now have extras for when the new update comes (hopefully I do not have to start my world over, but likely I will). I have only done 1 warehouse in this game so I will have lots of boxes left over.

kAN u got some of the most amazing clothing in the game now. I unlocked them all so i know that these are some of the best looking clothing items in the game! Especially the painter mask. And u do also have the technician ''hat'' btw (they are the glasses).

I have unlocked all of the clothes. Type/class of the box matters but it doesn't mean that those clothes are actually of that value because what you and scrapman got from common boxes I got from epic and rare and vise versa. So it means that all of the clothes are randomly shuffled into different box types for every player. But there is only specific amount of each type of boxes you are allowed to open. I think its 10 of epic, maybe 20 of rare and how ever many of common. So unfortunately you can't unlock all of the clothes with the common because you will reach allowed limit, trader only sells common and rare, so you will have to grind out epic boxes from warehouses to order to get the remaining pieces of clothes.
