The place of the ODB plug is unappropriated, the IIDTool is there very exposed to shocks. An flat ribbon extension cable must be added (for about 10 GBP on amazon) to make ODB totally usable, placing it on the left side of driver's legs.

I have a 2006 rrs supercharged... My car was fine and out of boredom i selected calibrate anti roll option then i got e7 error code and my red suspension light is on... Everything still works ie suspension goes up an down etc but now the red light stays on and fault code C1A00-54 - Control module - System programming failure - missing calibration (AB)... 😮... Any advice please 🙏
Hi guys. Is it possible to perform blender motor/actuator calibration with it? I've replaced the left side blender motor LR041273 as there was just cold air coming from left vents. Unfortunately it's the same after replacement :) On LR3 you can do the self test via ECON and some other button.....but for LR4 there is no such a self test - at least i am not aware of any.
Have you been able to change the CCF for the xenons on the early D4 with this tool? What other accesories would you be able to add with it? ....considering getting one 😁

Hi - I checked with the helpful guys at GAP Diagnostics and they confirm the tool can program a new cluster on the Puma.... but only brand new clusters... not used ones
Hi - they do not explain this part of the tool very well. If you buy the tool can use it on any Land Rover that it connects to.... for reading faults / seeling live vlaues / clearing faults / resetting crash data / etc etc The ONLY thing you cannot do with the tool on another car is change CCF values ( the cars build configuration ) so you cannot for example change to Xenon headlights from Halogen. It still represents really good value for money !
Hi I raised this issue with the guys at GAP and here is their reply...."Regeneration is not implemented yet. Keep in mind that the conditions have to be present (highway speed), there's no way around these, even with a force regen. "
powerfulukltd Okay. Thanks. But you'd of thought you could do a DPF Regen while driving it. (Motorway speeds for half hour or so) So basically your just triggering the cars own regen cycle to activate..??
@@JayKay-ht8rg I would like this. My Freelander was smoking today from the engine bay as I sat in the drive at 3k rpm trying to encourage a regen. Realised LR want you driving it to force it to regen but can't really go on the motorway doing max 40mph
