Yeah! Those mini box replicas should've been either plastic or pins. I haven't seen an unboxing where it's not ripped! And the reaction to them is always priceless. Highlighting LRG's poor quality control. On top of giving us a pointless sleeve cover that doesn't work as intended. The shadow box & History book are really cool, but I just keep getting this underwhelming vibe from this product overall. Especially knowing I paid a little over $175 for it. For whatever reason they shipped the PS4 version a whole month later in opposed to Switch, and I guess it shot after market prices to $400 giving off an impression that there's a shorter print of them.
That's too funny. Thinking back, yeah the price on this is pretty nuts. The shadow box is the real winner here but not the worth the price of admission. I've got that Blade Runner set on order and I hope the replica blaster it comes with is somewhat decent. The sleeve is a real mystery. It only fits the 'retro' box that you unfold so its super confusing. I generally don't buy too many 'Ultimate' packs so I never know what to expect. Thanks for the awesome comment!
That's really weird. The Nintendo Switch version gets a slipcover over the big Genesis looking box that has the game inside and the print isn't faded looking like that, it's clean and clear. Idk why they chose to do it differently for the Ps4 versions and not include a slipcover for the big box that has the game.
It was VERY weird. Thanks for the insight on the Switch version - very much appreciated. After filming I messed around with that slip cover and it only fit over the retro box you - which is weird because it's the same artwork. Maybe they were going to make a slip cover for the large clamshell but it was too costly? Or I got a goof.
@@BoBoSmaK No I don't think you got a goof, I've looked up other ps4 versions and none have the slipcover. The only thing I'm guessing is because the one for the switch has the switch logo so they made one specially just for the switch version. Which makes me kind of upset because I also ordered the ps4 version and am waiting for it to arrive. Just feels incomplete now knowing I'm not getting that slipcover.

Interesting. The video you linked was a bit disorienting but I could see the clearer print. Maybe I got a super rare version lol. Or its just my really good bad luck striking again and I got a misprint...
