If a pair of shoes is a bit big for me, I'll add in some cushy insoles to get them to fit better. I've had a few pairs of Hot Chocolate shoes on a wishlist for years! lol Now I have a better idea of what size to buy. :) Thanks, Bunny!

I tend to keep shoe boxes for designer pairs or patent leather pairs that don't come with protective bags. Plus I get to flex on myself every time I spot that Prada box in my closet. 😅

Hot Chocolate shoes tend to be a bit wider fit anyway so that might be the sizing issue..I normally just stuff some tissue paper down the front of shoes that are half a size too big but if they're too wide you might be better off getting some insoles instead so the whole shoe gets a little tighter :)

I love that their shoes aren’t extremely tight in the toe area like a lot of other shoe companies!! As someone with wide feet that are a more natural foot shape it can be very hard to find cute unique shoes that will actually fit into my feet

oh yes i keep my shoe boxes ! because i need to save up for them ! put heel grips in ! or inner soles ! or both i always put in heel grips and half inner soles for comfort ! but when i wear trainers i wear inner socks those you cannot see . but stop any blisters . i have very tender feet so i need to take care of my feet . more so if i wear high heels then i put in a high heel inner sole especially for high heels 👠. and heel grips so i don’t slip out of my shoes as i wear hosiery! we all do in the UK even in the summer. its normal for us.

My husband’s nickname was Frog!! He passed away 2 yrs ago and I have a memorial tattoo of a little frog wearing a crown on my wrist. Me, my daughter and grandson got the same tattoo for him🐸🐸🐸🐸. I also have a huge college of frogs!!! Even jewelry!!! I just love them!!! I love the shoes!!!

So chocolaticas (which is what the Mary Jane style is called) are a wide fit shoe. I don't know what number was on the sole of your shoe but it is Venezuelan sizing. I'm a eu39, which is an Australian size 8, and i take a 38 in chocs. Which is about an 8.5 Australian. They don't have half sizes . You should have had a size chart on the listing, measuring your feet is important. Once you've found the size in that style, they will all fit the same. There is no discrepancies between the different designs on the Mary Jane's size wise. The bells fit differently, so you need to measure your feet for a heels size chart. They come in a rectangle box printed like cake, and there is a candle taped inside, with a notch on the top of the box the put it in. They are like a drawer and the pull is a piece of ribbon. I have kept these boxes to put a myriad of things in as they are so pretty.

I'm 50 and just recently went shoe shopping and discovered I am now a shoe size 6 1/2-7 . I used to wear a size 8-8 1/2 😱 I knew I was shrinking down in size (I was 5'2 I'm 5'1 now and my weight went from 162 to 147) but why shrink my feet 😂😂🦶. I don't know if I love being old or hate it lol😂

I love their designs but the Mary Janes are just too wide for me. The design doesn’t suit my foot, I was really disappointed. I do have 2 pairs of the mid heels though. The witches potion pair and the red telephone with post it. They are stunning and fit much better. I sized down after measuring my feet and referencing the guide on the website.

my problem with shoes is i have super wide feet. they aren't that long, but just. SO wide. and women's shoes only seem to have gotten narrower lately. men's shoes are wider and more comfy with thicker soles in general, but also rarely cute... is it possible for feet to get wider?? they had stopped growing i thought.

When I was in high school my feet were a size 7 1/2. As my 20's went on my feet slowly shrank. I'm 32 & now between a 6 1/2 & 7. I even have two pairs of 6's (they're both boots if that matters). It's pretty wild.
