Unboxing the Baldur’s Gate 3 - Deluxe Edition (Xbox). A must-have for any physical game collector or Baldur’s Gate fan. Only $80/€80 for all this, such a good deal. Be warned though: the disc count does vary based on console. Xbox has 3 discs, PlayStation has 2 discs, and PC has one disc with a code and installer.

Xbox game discs store up to 50GB per disc, PS5 discs store up to 100GB, that's why there's a difference in the number of discs between the two platforms. I wasn't aware Baldur's Gate 3 was that big though, I thought it was around 120GB, which should easily fit onto 3 discs rather than 4. I'm still waiting on my copy, so for now I'll just enjoy your unboxing.

I actually didn’t know that! I was wondering why the Xbox version had way more discs. Haha. Larian did mention in their site (or email) that the game is large and hence all the discs. I can’t wait for you to get yours!!

For the full game itself, it’s 138gb, but the installation was complicated. Disc 1 was like 80 gb disc/48 gb network, disc 2 was 87 gb disc/48 gb network, disc 3 was 60 gb disc/78 gb network, and disc 4 was 28 gb disc/109 gb network. So it looked like the total network count was the total size of the game but the discs actually contained bigger files if you add them all up

Where are the Dlc and deluxe edition digital goodies ? Did you get any codes ?

According to their site, each platform includes the In-Game DLC and the digital bonus content. I’m assuming it’s included in the discs - which is why there’s so many. I actually didn’t realize that when I purchased this, I just wanted the physical collection. But it’s a sweeter deal now.

Getting really sick of Larian, the worthless hacks. Said Oceania and European regions would start to ship ON the week of the 3rd of May and only started to ship a few days ago. Absolute joke of a corporation.

I don’t know much about them, but they at least seemed pretty transparent with their emails. It would’ve been frustrating if I was in a rush to get mine, but I had forgotten about it actually.

Not much they can do without shipping partners. They also told you tons of times that delays are expected and you still chose to order the game knowing that?

@ZackssGamertag a delay is to be expected, but not a "3 month delay" I wasn't mad at Larian because I know that issues can happen but nonetheless I was angry for not getting my product
