Unboxing The GoFish Cam 

I really wanted to see how it connects to the line when fishing.

I just got 2. Gonna use them for the first time on Memorial Day trolling salmon on the Salty Lady.

I must have this! I've been messing around with a GoPro mounted above the downrigger ball. This is way better.

I just ordered one. I'm curious, since this thing weighs just under 3oz how does that affect using dropper weights when trolling just above bottom? So if I use a 3x5 spreader with a 18-24" leader to a 3oz weight plus this camera have I got too much weight on my line? Also I make my own wire spreaders, how do you think it would do if I mounted this in the spreader wire. TIA

What kind of clarity would the camera get in the Sacramento River ?

Can't you preview in the app and save the video to your phone, then transfer to your computer?

Will the camera float to the surface if it breaks off?

If it's better than the Water Wolf...I'll buy one. Probably drive myself nuts looking at the fish that never bit, though. ;)

So far so good with my gofish camera. I have a video on my channel of a chinook with it if you would like to see it from last fall.

instead of hulk handing the camera out of the package I recommend anyone getting one to take the 30 seconds to actually untwist the twist ties.
