I bought 1 of them on Saturday Morning. Went to truck and changed to Lipo then proceded to drive on 5 trails with only 1 problem. one shock link unscrewed from the shaft!

I really want to drive mine, it’s staying in the box for now..#19. My 4 year old boys into the hobby. He will appreciate it when he gets his drivers license.. or should we drive it now??…. Thanks for your time!

That low a number you may be better off keeping it sealed up. But it is a good driver too 😂 I didn’t know the regular version was coming out so soon or I would have waited. Feel a little guilty for scratching it already.

I just got a package from A&M for the two of those. Everything fits perfectly, I had a question about the 4Runner and within hours A&M replied. They will always have my business. I’d call it a more modern version. After I have gotten to drive it I am happy with it. Planning the first round of mods already.

Hey Josh. Hope you're doing good Buddy. You living in a "Tiny house?' I'm not sure about the TF3 just yet. The transmission/transfer-case set-up is not scale to the 1st-gen Toyota's. 1st-gen's have divorced transfer cases like the OG TF2. And not fond of bellcrank steering...another "not scale" item. I can understand the C-channel...that's more scale but it's not as cool as the CNC'd aluminum chassis. You're a much better sport than I am...if someone dropped my brand-new $600 Trailfinder from 3 feet high...I'd be pissed...that was not cool.

That was just our rentals for the event. They were really nice tiny houses though. I drove the truck the next day and I am very pleased with the improvements over a stock tf2. There will always be little things we would do differently, like the scar engine without opening hood. Lol. But I like the platform and have already started planning mods. The suspension is greatly softer that a box stock tf2 so I wasn’t worried about the drop test at all.

From 3ft if that, because I’m short, any rtr rig better pass that test lol and if it would have broken anything, I would of replaced any parts 🤘🏻🦑

They still have the bodies on their site, just not the RTR or kit versions right now. I imagine they will refresh it with similar updates like the new scottsdale truck has and bring it back.
