This is great Freddy. Here it even isn't availeble, althought the rain forrest has listet it on our country market place. No price and reviews in japanese, creepy. I keep it on my radar and see your next videos about it.
Very cool, I had no idea they made these! I hope it makes life easier for you and everything works as intended, I am sure it will. I have the Flysky radio for mine and after some adjustments and settings it all works great but certainly is not a plug and play radio. I am curious to see if everything works with the default settings with this one. I do like they seem to have it mapped for all their products!
Neither did I!! I was searching for something and this came up as a suggestion. At first I thought it was fake but then researched the model and discovered it really did exist…but not here! I’m hoping it’s going to be exactly what you’re saying…plug and play. It appears to be just that but we’ll see when I get a chance to set this all up. I’ll keep you posted for sure!! Oh…and I only have one thing to say to you sir…. 11!!!! :)
I use Spektrum DX8 for all my trucks and I wouldn't use anything else. Dual Rate is far far better for the MFC because only channels 3 and 4 (J6 & J7) need trim/dual rate. plus with digital radios that you can assign channels and that's great for moving the Shift Servo to a 3 way switch so it's not on the left stick. The Tamiya Finespec is far from the ''perfect'' radio... it's just better than the Attack and it's one that Tamiya do.... it has far less functions and scope for a better set up with the MFC over a radio that has dual rate functions and channel assigning. I'd go as far to say that the Flysky FS-i6X is better than the Tamiya Finespec. I've done loads of videos on how to set up radios using dual rates.
Hi Teri! Thank you for this! I think it will be very helpful for everyone! The right radio, servo's etc. seem to be an ongoing discussion with these trucks so it's great to see that you've found one that you're very happy with. It's definitely too early for me to comment on your suggestion as I need to figure out the Tamiya Finespec radio first. Just curious, but as this radio came out in 2018, did you get a chance to try it out? or have you just stuck with the Spectrum DX8 right from the start? I actually really appreciate you commenting on this as there are so many options for radios but no one seems to know exactly what works best. So I think what I'm going to do is set up this radio for my cascadia, and then get the radio your suggesting here to set it up with my Globeliner. That way I'll have a direct comparison of the two AND I'll also know that I've bought a radio that comes highly recommended for Semi Trucks!!
