I have 2 of these units,and 5 batteries bought from you guys. People just don't understand the difference between these and say, Ecoflow,Bluetti, Anker. The difference between low frequency and high frequency is night and day. But for uninformed people it's just about price. There is a reason Ecoflow doesn't repair broken units, in most cases they will just give you a new unit, hmmm JM2C. Buying from you guys was a great experience, anyone who shops there will see a company that actually answer's the phone, has online help, and actually care about there customer's, before, during, and after the sale. Not many companies do that anymore. Could I have bought my units cheaper direct from the manufacturer, nope. Keep up the good work there at Wild Oak, 2 thumbs up
