Love the simplicity of the TravelScoot. It has improved my quality of life. I just came back from a cruise, the TravelScoot was easily maneuvered through the ship including my stateroom and doorway. It was also a big hit with the crew and fellow passengers.
On mine I screwed a small strap with a small carabiner under the seat. They I clip the handles of a cloth shopping bag into the clip. I can now store a ton under my legs without worrying things will fall out of the red basket area.
This is now my favorite scooter. Narrow enough for a small retail shop but capable enough to handle a gravel parking lot. I used to have 2 scooters one for each situation.
The one addition I need to make on mine is improving the foot pegs. My ankles and legs are not strong enough to hold my feet in the right position so my ankle drops down. This puts my calf muscle in a permanent stretch which has caused my leg to hurt for multiple days. They make flat foot supports that go over the pegs but these also spin so it doesn’t fix the problem. I’m hoping it will be easy to drill a hole in the flat foot supports and install a screw so these won’t spin and they will support my feet better.
How would I go about testing to see if my charger, battery or scooter is having an issue(when pushing button on battery nothing shows even when attempting to charge. When charger is plugged in there is a constant red light and another that flashes 3 times)
