There's no way that Jerry accepts a background role like Kraft. He may say so, and even write it into the HC's contract, but Jerry will lean on the scales as much or as little as he deems necessary to have the 'superstars' on his roster.

I took my bestie who’s a huge cowboys fan. We had a ball. We’re old and saw Calvin Hill who passed us in the hall. I was a fan back in those days. We stood a story or two over the playing field and it was amazing to see the players up close. Never thought about how that could have made the players uncomfortable. I live in Frisco the home of the Dallas Cowboys close to the Star. I know a few of the retired players who still live in this community. For those who don’t know this is where Deion Sanders first started coaching. Our sons played in the FFL together. From what I have heard in the past. I have heard players say they felt like N’s in a zoo. That was the exact phrase I heard and it’s not just Dallas. Some are cool with it mostly the ones who got paid, but the other players aren’t happy with it. People come up to take pictures and they also touch. People are told like in a zoo not to touch but there is always the rich entitled person who does their own thing. These guys are hit on by men and women and have had indecent proposals. Complaints have been made to ownership but they don’t care, it continues. It’s worse than a zoo for many of these guys. They feel like salves at times. I had one tell me he believes that Jerry believes he really owns them like slaves. I believe the mentality of these NFL owners is very similar to slave owners. They get to buy and sell and trade their products. Jerry has a hard time paying these men because in his mind they are slaves.

I worked at the Denver Broncos training facility as the chef. I’ve been everywhere in that facility except the locker room. That is their space.

Let me just say first off, I'm not a big Dallas fan. But Jerry has built this catastrophe from the ground up. What makes Dak a good QB? An offensive line? A couple of good receivers? A good running game? Notice I didn't say great offensive line, a great running game, or a couple of great receivers. Jerry waited so long to sign Dak and CD that it cost him an extra 10-20 million per year minimum. Sorry folks, but you can't just make a couple of big signings and expect to win, you need tobuild a team. Look at all the finger pointing in the front office and locker room at the end of last year.
