That kind of moment between Sully and Nate was what I was waiting for during the entire runtime of the Uncharted movie. Sully never conveys how much the compassion which Nate demonstrated really meant to him, and how that's convinced Sully to change. Up until the climax, no matter how nice Nate had been to Sully, Sully would have always chosen the gold over Nate, hands down, no questions asked. Even after Nate got a lonely Sully the cat for a companion, Sully still tried to backstab Nate by walking off with the gold cross. He's only nice to Nate afterwards because he needs Nate to receive his brother's message in the postcards, and because both he and Nate have a common enemy to combat. Only to haphazardly hamfist "character development" - which was completely unprovoked mind you - Sully MAGICALLY decides to have a change of heart and sacrifices the gold to save Nate. It's never explained why he had a change of heart, although the hack writers were just barely competent enough to know that he had to be friends with Nate by the end of the movie for the sequel, so they forced Sully to change, and in turn, the resolution to Sully's internal conflict was so artificial, that Pam Anderson's honkers are more natural than his character development.

Better story, unexpected plot twist when Sam Lied, legit action packed, new movement and amazing climbing and jumping mechanics (especially the rope), amazing new environments, the graphics are too good to be true, the voice acting is top notch, the story is more emotional, the faster paced action just makes it better, its the final game for Nathan drake and it ended so good, I was in tears when it ended.

I definitely grew up with Uncharted I loved his funny and reckless humor attitude 😂 especially with Sully 😂

Sadly I didn’t grow up with him, did not have a ps until now, and my god the greatness of these series, the grandeur, the scenery, the locations and the mysteries. Nathan drake is for the win.

i didn't grow up with lara croft or indiana jones, but i've played all tomb raider games (including the originals) and watched the indiana jones movies as well played all uncharted games as well as lost legacy. and boy, when i tell you, uncharted imo was the one i loved the most and fell in love with immediately. i've replayed it so many times i can't count, and each time, i listen to the theme song before playing :)

omg same, my dad gave me the 2nd part and i was like meh wahts this weird game and boy was i wrong....

my dad had a fat OG PS3 mainly as a home theater blu ray player, and when he upgraded to a slim model, it came with Uncharted 2. He brought the box home, took the game out and just put it down--he already had plans to give me the fat ps3 for Christmas so i could play my moms house, so he just left Uncharted 2 unopened until Christmas day bc he didnt want it. I might've beat it that day it was so engrossing and almost everyone was watching because it was so well scripted and looked really good.

(no spoiler incomin) The way I inerprete it, is like, Naughtydog get back on their origins, and on the whole Uncharted serie until the very end of the fourth, like how Unharted 4 is the conclusion of a long story. A conclusion with a kind of opening to new thing thanks to all the experience NaughtyDog earned, personified by a certain character ;D My first game ever as a child was a Crash Bandicoot, btw ^^ now twenty years later, Uncharted ends.

I personally enjoyed the experience of going with my friends and watching the film and picking up on things that some people that haven’t played the games wouldn’t pick up on. I think it’s a good action/exploration movie, but different to the games
