It's not poached egg and it is not even quiche. Looks more like an open-faced omelette with stuff in it. If people can't take constructive criticism, then how would they learn.
@@lottnio8207 I am sure it is but sanitation should be utmost when it comes to handling food. Lots of people get food poisoning and they don't know what caused it and they think it's just a stomach virus.

Is the owner of this stand Mr Mycoat Myhat? I like that he handles the cow dung and food without washing his hands. I think Indians like the flavoring that this imparts in the food.
Yes we do. Now what? 1st thing cow dung cake is as dry as coal or wood. 2nd he is still cooking in a vessel. There are dishes like litti which is directly cooked over the cow dung cake like barbeque and yes it tastes awesome.
