He’s pretty vocal about how he never understood video games, anime or any other kind of “nerd culture”, even when he was living in Japan. He just doesn’t see the appeal of any of it, would rather focus on real life, music, etc. That being said, the odds of him not being at least aware of Naruto is insanely small. That would be like an American not recognizing SpongeBob. Even people who are way too old to have ever watched the show know who fucking SpongeBob is.

I'm waiting for my supermarket to the MiGoreng back in stock... Best instant noodles ever... And honestly, the flavour is just really authentic... Indonesian food is big in the Netherlands and I make my own boemboe and nasi/bami goreng... Just add a little sambal oelek and ketjap manis and you're good... (I do scramble an egg in there as well though) Also, just back from a weekend in London and had the opportunity to eat at MeiMei's... Haianese Chicken rice and Char Siu pork. Delicious!!!

As someone who has tried to improve instant noodles, add ALL the flavour packets. Even if you're just using a single pack of noodles, when you add extras like meat and vege, it dilutes the flavour. Ideally you want at least 2 flavour packs per noodle pack when you're adding stuff to instant noods. 1 to 1 is only enough for base noodles plus a tiny bit of extras. Edit: Oh, and Indomie is the way!

And, the basic thing is, call it INSTANT NOODLE. Not Instant Ramen. Ramen is noodle with soup. Not all instant noodles are the soupy one. The most delicious ones mostly the fried noodle one. Indomie mie goreng and Samyang fire noodle for example.

Actually one seasoning is enough for noodles depending on the volume of water since noodles will base its taste to the soup while stir fry noodles such as migoreng needs the noodles to becoated
