Shoutout to you uncle!!! First let me say that I enjoy your spot and the way you present it!!! Your laidback approach and your attention to details makes for an easy ride watching your videos…. But., I find it frustrating to watch… knowing how expensive your equipment cost…and all the time and wood used…only to have a lonely beef shank… or..a couple of ribs…on the fire “anticlimactic”like flying on a private Learjet to Paris then ordering an English muffin🥴… I would really like to see your smoker full of pork butts .. briskets… prime rib roasts… to kinda justify all your time and effort…. Jst saying… why by a Ferrari to jst move it for alternate parking…🙄🥴.
