For everybody who keeps commenting saying this is destroying the environment draining back that water, obviously there's a clog on that Culvert that was not put there by Design and it's meant to be able to flow freely. You see on the other side of the road at the discharge point it is starting to flow down a hill. Before this road was built there was no pond. This Pond is only here because the road gave the beavers an opportunity to create it easily. The high-water level creates a hazard as it makes the road soft especially when it crosses over with the Culvert not being able to operate
I like that you explain this, however, don't let the eco fanatics get to you. They only know what the Media tells them and don't have any practical experience with that sort of thing. Or logic. A lot like the ones who gripe over the clearing of deadfall and then are shocked that wildfires destroy millions of acres so quickly, which would have been prevented to some degree if the deadfall were cleared.
Post 10, you are the sort of unrecognized citizen who gets up every day with the intention of helping someone, your community, your state and your nation. This sort of generosity of spirit is appreciated by all of us who enjoy and are inspired by your posts. You truly have the heart and soul of a servant. May God bless you and all your efforts.
Meanwhile Stephen King just got a new idea for his next 📖, “they wondered into the north woods of Maine and just vanished, but scribbled on a Wendy’s bag was , leeches where massive !”
I don't understand why people feel the need to make up sappy, feel goody nonsense like this to get upvotes. almost everyone uses "we" in reality TV type settings to make audience feel like they are part of the action in the show. this is very common thing to do. seriously this is becoming very weird trend of people making weird feel goody nonsense in comment section of almost every social media platforms.
If it wasn’t for the beavers you wouldn’t have such good content as this. And people saying you are destroying the environment obviously don’t watch your videos, seen plenty of you clearing trash out and being probably the most environmentally friendly person. Keep it coming bud!
Post 10 your videos are always interesting I’ve learned so much just by listening to you you are a very smart man I enjoy your videos thanks for sharing
Every video Post10 uploads is interesting. I can very easily binge watch all his videos. Thank you Post10 I love your work and how knowledgeable you are
Anyone else Bing all his videos he updated today? I usually hate Mondays, but Post10 comes out of left field and drops multiple videos.. The rest of the week might not be the same. Monday might be my day this week.
People pay thousands to drive around the Midwest with no guarantee of seeing a drop of rain. Soon, People will be paying big bucks just to hang with buddy Post10. Everyday is an adventure and score for action.
Post 10 has saved millions of dollars in damage to property and potential injuries & lives related to the flooding he’s prevented. Honestly, the work this man is doing couldn’t be completed by an entire team of city workers! Bravo Post 10!
You realize that the majority of his videos are on dirt roads in privately owned logging operations. Many of the roads were built exclusively to haul equipment and logs from log yard to log yard and then left for nature to take it back. Anyone with a rake can accomplish what he’s doing.
I think Post10 should be the National Leader for Culvert building, he really seems to know his stuff. it's fascinating, who would have known otherwise if it wasn't for Post10 sharing his passion. it's so cool, I love it and thank you...
Cool stuff 😎 ( ideally you shouldn't let the fuel level drop below at least a quarter tank , the fuel also cools the pump . Running it below that enough times can burn out the pump )
Not gonna lie, I got super excited at 1:44 when you said “let’s get the rake out!”. I’ve not commented a lot on your videos but I watch them a lot. Keep up the good work and keep being an awesome person!
I love that I always feel like I learn a little bit of something when I watch your videos, also cool nature content, and you never sound condescending when explaining stuff. Been enjoying your content for a long time! Thanks for making content 💙
the best content ever. love how it's filmed and post10 himself is the most genuine person. absolute pleasure to be part of this :) he is very well educated too
just wanted to say thanks for the huge amount of uploads the last week or so. idk what it is about your videos but theyre somehow interesting and relaxing at the same time.
I really enjoy Post’s content. Videos like this are so relaxing and his enthusiasm for the task is really gratifying. Post should use a flexible like gopro mount with a clamp and secure it the top of the outlet pipe to capture the unclog side by side.
My husband laughs at me for watching these, and finally asked me why I do. I had to admit that these are my horror; he's seen me watch countless ghost videos, but my biggest fear has always been drains, followed by germs. Post 10's videos are the only videos that put me on edge, but also manage to be entertaining, lol
You should put another camera at the culvert outlet. Have side by side look at front to back what you have accomplished. I've always wanted to see a camera placed at the outlet so I can see the new flow you've created.
Beavers hate the sound of running water, so they plug up culverts. Post 10 loves the sound of running water, so he opens them. Post 10 is the anti-beaver! Actually, a serious question. Two minutes of searching on the web returns designs for multiple types of beaver clog prevention techniques and devices, most of which appear to be pretty inexpensive. Do you have any thoughts on why the logging companies don't use them?
I dont think they use them as much since these roads are supposed to be temporary, but are used longer and kept open by hunters when they aren't logging. They might use a road for a few months then not use it for years, so they just dont bother putting anything more than a simple culvert under the road
“Whoah WE made a big difference here today!” I like how he includes all the viewers. This was an interesting video. The grate against the culvert being an issue. And how he is so far away from civilization that he needs gas cans to stay mobile. Well done mystery man / Post10
Need a solar powered gate - lifts when the panel gets electric from the grid, then drops when the power stops and the sun go es away. beavers won't hear the water leaving, just fresh coming in.
You know you've got Post 10 in your head when you think you're raking out a culvert pipe with your hands, then you come back to reality and you're pulling laundry out of your dryer.
