Factors that can affect quality & performance may include: 1. Efficiency of training facilities provided by the institute(including quality of coaches/mentors, any sort of compromise being made with accessories, equipment, etc ) 2. Training hours of the players 3. Any specific change in training strategy 4. Changes in selection criteria of players

Hi Tarak! Indeed, all the factors you mentioned are perfectly valid. Regarding how they fit within the structure I proposed, 1) 2) 3) would all come under the 'Training augmentation' bucket. Changes in selection criteria would come under the '% getting selected' bucket. Further, we've already eliminated issues with the 'Coaches' bucket under the 'Technical reasons' heading. However, just listing out the above four factors isn't a MECE structure and would have missed out on the actual problem present in this case unless one was to go back and make additions.

Our Task was to prioritise five major World Issues i.e. FOOD,WATER,POLLUTION,WOMEN EMPOWERMENT and PEACE AND SECURITY and to give solutions for each of the problem as a UN Committee .
