Thanks for making a tier list for UNI 2. I currently plan to make this my main game for a while and it's cool to have a reference of which match ups are more important to learn.

When you did 2 S tiers at first into Enkidu I was like "Hell no my man is not about to say 6B+C makes him S tier too" justice in B tier lmao good shit

So I'm just learning eltnum but some info I've collected: 22B is now +10, it was always plus frames on demand, and while it's a lot of bullets to spend, if you have 100 Meter you can route any number of bullets into a reload easily, and as long as you have 5+ you can usually just drop a 22B loop on the ender, meaning it's reasonable to use this in pressure. the new 6C is a mid but is chargeable and becomes an overhead when charged - only the charged version is plus, but the normal version is -3 so pretty safe. You can also air backdash out of it iirc. enhanced 236A is +1, so she can start to work that in after getting a conversion, or if you sneak in a free reload. she has all day to cancel all of her moves, so her stagger is good. Her charged FF's first hit has the cancel property, which basically lets her do 421B>FF>any unused normal she got a new techable grab in charged 214B - probably not gonna catch a lot of good players with that but you do get full conversion off it so it's at least good for the range and catching people asleep. All of the 421 series of moves have at least projectile invuln - you can use 421A to go through a lot, and 421B is a good starter if you can punish fireballs with it (I don't know how viable that is really), 421C is fully invuln and can be confirmed into KD too. In neutral, her only concrete weakness seems to be anti-airing - 3C is okay, and the ricochets are good at long range, but you don't really get anything for anti airing off of 5a or have a good option to try and keep people grounded without committing (though she can also airthrow as an anti air, but that's still a more limited use case). Her projectiles are fast and good, she can fight at most ranges save like fullscreen+, and she can often convert meterlessly, especially off of most counter hits (on ricochet especially, you can run up from like fullscreen and hit 2B). She has to play neutral but has good tools for it. I don't know if that makes her as dominant as like Lond or Kuon since she doesn't have an equivalent of their strongest tools that help them steamroll, but she like, always has what she needs, and then just has strong pressure.

A very cool video. I'm a French player since the previous opus and I play Phonon (Indiana Jones fan since I was little, I'm 41 years old, if there's a character with a whip I have to play him). Gordeau way to low. Only a few characters in the game have the ability to create truly useful plus frames rather than just delay cancels in pressure meterless, while also forcing a guess. Combined with his way above average range game no way he is lower than bottom of S. As a Yuzu main she is simply to unstable with her lack of defensive options and lack of ability to open characters up to be that high. In a tournament setting against people you don't know you want to have abusable options that make your opponent have to change how they respond to you or take damage. She just doesn't have anything like that. Instead she has to do timing changes and hope to hit people messing up their dash block while also baiting shields vs characters that can just neutral skip with chain shift so they can't shield. Those types of things simply are not as consistent as spamming plus frames into 50/50 over and over like you can with someone like Gordeau. Top of A seems a lot more reasonable, bottom of S maybe but given I don't think she can win a major reliably that seems to put her outside S in my mind. Carmine waaaay to high, most the long time carmine mains are super down on him for a reason. His damage simply isn't high enough to justify his life loss, his pressure once you understand it is less than someone like Gordeau's since most of his kit is negative outside the bomb explosions. Byakuya still likely too low, but he's not top tier anymore. Rest seems at least in the ballpark but Yuzu #1 is cap.

As a Wagner main, it's nice to hear she got some good stuff in this game. Soon I will have some vacations, so I really hope to lab and play this game.

Played UNI 1 last year for the first time and just picked up UNI 2 no one ever told me Akatsuki was a troll character 💀 I picked him up and genuinely loved his style and was fucking people up left and right 💀

Yuzu is still at least S tier but maybe not top 3. Lots of people don't want to admit that characters like nanase or hyde are crazy strong in this game. Kuon is also fucking ridiculous. I'd also put Linne higher because of her lightning speed mix ups and potent pressure tools. Everything else is accurate IMO.
