HI EVERYONE! Okay... I want to encourage everyone to eat WHATEVER RAW THING they crave... Why? Well I was craving onions and though that I was gonna have a negative effect if I ate them but no... I ate A WHOLE onion at first with greens and tomatoes but then mono mealed it at the end by itself bc that's what I was really craving... And guess what...It HEALED ME SOO much... Idk what compound or mineral or vitamin or nutrition onion has that my body needed at the time to heal... But I felt IN-CREDIBLE afterwards... I had two bowel movements so I think it also helped cleanse my colon a bit and my skin was GLOWING ✨. It was purple/red onion btw and it was SOO delicious to me bc my body craved it so... Have WHATEVER your BODY craves and tells you to eat RAW.
