So much pureness in her eyes. So much honesty. But at the same time so much pain. She didn't ask for anything. Yet, her boss was able to make her future a lot brighter. My respect to both of them.
What a nice man! Relieving her financial burden is HUGE. She will be able to concentrate more on her studies and hopefully sleep better. God continue to bless them both.
@@arazusaysbah6784 I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thought the donations were measly 😆I don't know what is the maximum PELL grant...I'm sure with her family's situation she will be eligible for the maximum PELL award...but still he could have just given her 50k so that she can also help her mother financially. But I suppose it's more than what she had before.
Losing parents is the hardest. I lost my mom to brain cancer and 7 years later my dad to cardiac arrest. Cherish every moment you have with your loved ones.
MY heart goes out to not only the young girl but the Boss; brought me to tears I lost my parents in a horrific car accident. Like he said one day here the next day gone
So much hardship for such a young lady. Life is definitely unfair to her and her family. It's nice to see a boss who recognizes his employees and shows his appreciation. You have change her life. Thank you to her boss and best wishes to her family. They will be extremely proud of her.
Such a bright intelligent young girl and has a fantastic future ahead of her. So so sorry to hear about her dad and the CEOs dad. So heartbreaking to hear since I lost both my parents to a stroke and congestive heart failure. This one hit me heard. Prayers for there loss.
Really touching on several levels. This lovely young lady who tragically lost her father at a very young age hit him hard, so hard that it looked as if he was finally able to grieve for his own parents who died in a similar tragedy. She enabled him to revisit the past and remember how much he loved his parents and missed them. Serendipity: two people decades apart in age brought together by chance for the same reasons. I hope this young lady accomplishes all of her dreams and in doing so, her father will look down upon her and smile.
You can tell she's on the verge of absolutely losing it when he tells her about the third $10k but she STILL holds it together. That level of emotional control is amazing. This young lady's going to bring a whole lot of happiness to the world.
Just cant say enough how Generous, kind and great this is. This young lady has been through so much and continues to stand tall. God bless her and those that helped her.
These are three good people. This girl is a very grounded responsible young woman with so much on her plate yet so focused. Bless the undercover bosses for having such big hearts and recognizing her greatness and dedication.

I always bring up stories of loans and accidents and start weeping in tears whenever i see someone looking identical to my boss, expecting it to work, comes out the guy is not the boss, everytime.
Could not hold back the blessed tear. How wonderful he is to be such a blessing to this young lady. What a blessing!!!! There are still some real true to life loving people in this world!!!!!!!

Dr. Tim White was the Chancellor of the CSU system when I met him at Dr. Dianne Harrison's investiture as President of CSU Northridge. He spoke directly to me as though no one else was around. Several years later as he was touring the 23 campuses in the system he asked to speak to the CSUN Grounds Shop team because we had made some pretty awesome strides in water savings (the drought was hitting the area really hard) and because that team made CSUN a haven for the students, faculty, staff and visitors. He asked that no one in management be present. My team told me later that he'd taken off his jacket, loosened his tie and just sat around talking and engaging with the guys. They said things like, "down to earth", "serious about wanting to know what it's like to do grounds work", "real", etc. It was an honor I've never forgotten and never will.
as much as I love happy endings and I do they always get me emotionally and I tear up. Its just so totally awesome to see a good human being helping someone struggling with the burdens of life.
It's SO easy to see how people today confide in their co-workers as she did in this video, considering how much time we share with them at work. It would be nice if Undercover Boss would go back and follow up with some of these individuals and show how it has changed their lives going forward!
She is right, cherish the moments with your parents as much as you can. We Filipinos have this culture of taking care of our parents the best way possible as pay back to what they have done for us. For those of you out there who are planning to have a family of their own, you will also be a parent one day, then you will understand what I mean. Spread love and care.
As a father, you want to give your daughter the world, and I've had two heart surgeries from two staph infections in my heart within 5 years apart. I just turned 39, so I know I'll need to have another one because the valve replacements only last so long, but I won't get a third one. I see the financial burden my daughter will have to bear alone one day and I hope I am here to help, but I may not be. God bless this undercover boss.
Oh my goodness, I cried my eye out for this brave, brave woman. Both have experienced the ungodly pain of loosing a family member before their time. This woman didn’t ask for any sympathy, or ask for any compensation but got it deservingly so in spades from a boss who’s been there. Kudos to the boss. Compassion and kindness is still alive and well.
Absolutely Amazing! She truely deserved getting help from the University. They showed compassion, understanding, heart & Love to her & that is Priceless. What an incredible young woman. Her poise and humility under struggle is something to role model to others. I hope she does well… and have no doubt with that attitude and grace she will
We all go through something tragic. This world is cruel and evil. I've lost more people in a month than anyone i know who may have lost people they love throughout their whole lifetime. I still cope with it and I visit everyone every week. Which makes me happy 😊
She is a strong, and beautiful young lady inside and out. Wow! her parents are so blessed to have a caring, independent, loving, hardworking daughter. God bless her always and her wonderful boss and employer.
it seems like she knows the pain of losing her father. he’s only alive because of a machine. that’s not him living a life. she’s had a full year to come to terms about the end of his life.
I wish more bosses would go undercover like this boss did and they would be amazed at what there employees carry and go through in there personal lives. So many employees are putting a smile on there face at work and keep working but behind that smile is much more going on that no one knows about. It's hard to find a good boss these days.

Life really isnt fair for some people. And other people have no idea what it is like to struggle to the extent that some of us do and are so quick to judge. Im glad to see her get the help she so badly deserves. Man i wish i was super successful so i could do this type of thing for people. On occasion ive bought the homeless groceries but this is helping on another level and it would be an awesome feeling

I’m so sorry to hear everything that she is going through with her dad! That is so awesome that her boss did all of that for her! She is a very beautiful down to earth woman that loves and cares for her family! I really hope she has a great man in her life and gives her all of the love and support that she deserves!
